Jesse and Sal came and a replaced a utility sink in our basement today. They were very professional and did excellent work! They were very clean workers too😊We also had outdoor spigot and kitchen faucet work several months ago. Same high quality standards. We always use Garabedian and are never disappointed!

Great and fast service! Alex was our plumber and he was awesome! Getting a call from your tenant with a water leak issue on a Sunday is the worst! I gave them a call and he was able to arrive within 30 mins to solve our issues. Price was reasonable given it was an emergency and on the weekends. Would highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! I called with a minor emergency with the kitchen sink on a Saturday afternoon. Rich called me back in 10 mins, then saved me a bunch of money by talking with me on the phone and then FaceTimeing with me to look & diagnose the problem. I was then able to fix it myself. Rick installed new pipes for my first floor washer/dryer. He is a true professional, who went above and beyond what I asked. He really cared about all the details and made sure I understood what he was going to do and why. In addition, the price was very reasonable, and even beat other plumbers by a significant amount. I intend to call Garabedian Plumbing from now on. Another contractor who saw his work commented on what a professional job he did. Highly recommend.

I've needed several matters dealt with recently, and Garabedian Plumbing has come through with aplomb. Alec has done excellent work on the problems I'd identified, but also gave advice that will save me problems in the future. Specifically, Alec identified a problem with the kitchen sink's mooring into the countertop (while installing a garbage disposal) and assisted me in identifying the proper masonry options I had to prevent the sink from falling. His advice will likely save me the necessity of replacing the entire countertop and sink after an expected accident. Alec's assistant, Sal, installed a jerryrigged temporary support to the kitchen sink so that I can use it while waiting for the masons to have an opening. All of this is above and beyond the call of duty. In addition to their professional expertise, they cleaned up after their work. The guys were affable and that temperament was clearly natural. It was a pleasure having Garabedian solve my plumbing problems now, and - unfortunately for me - I'm looking forward to their replacing my basement toilet that is more of an antique than it is functional. I recommend Garabedian without reservation.

Al was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Fixed the issue I called for in less than an hour, gave the rest of the plumbing in the basement a once over, and identified an issue that would be taken care of by the DPW. Highly recommend!

I recently needed their emergency service as it was 22 degrees and my boiler was not working. I called at 7 pm on a Sunday and Rick called me back within minutes. He assessed the situation over the phone and told me what my options were.
I had some work to do on my end, but Rick made himself available via face time to assist me with getting the boiler running. After 4 attempts via face time the boiler fired up and is running this morning. Rick was patient and helpful the entire time he juggled his family and helped me ( I was not a customer of Garabedian at the time). I will be as of today.
A company that has people like Rick working for them is obviously invested in a company with a strong customer service focus. I can't thank Rick enough for helping me get the boiler going and saving me hundreds of dollars for something I could do myself with a little guidance.

We've used Garabedian on a number of occasions for various small/medium projects (servicing, replacing a direct vent heater), and then sadly this weekend, both our hot water heater and boiler died.

Two days after this died, we had heat and hot water again! Yes, it's expensive (but not as bad as I'd initially feared). Yes, you get what you pay for and I will recommend Garabedian to anyone. Rick was terrific this week, and we'd worked with Steve in the past.

Rick clearly takes pride in his work and patiently took the time to show how everything worked together and what I needed to do to maintain it. The work area was clean and neat when he left.

UPDATE: We continue to use Garabedian for all our plumbing needs. Very recently, Al (Alec?) came to repair a couple of leaky basement pipes, unclog a slow shower, and replace a garbage disposal. In and out in a few hours. He continues the string of outstanding plumbers and outstanding work and I can't thank him enough. Maybe it's a little odd that my shower is no longer ankle-deep with water, but whatever. It's the little things, right?

I have used Garabedian Plumbing services for over one year and have never been disappointed in their work. Top quality work and they are very dedicated. Rick does amazing work. I always request him because he is alert and very knowledgeable. He discovers problems that require correction and proceeds to fix them. He installed a WaterCop Automatic Shut-Off System for me this past week. During the installation he noticed that my city water supply was connected incorrectly. We have had problems with water pressure in our plumbing for the past several years. Rick designed a solution and implemented it quickly and neatly. Now we have excellent water pressure. He is always prepared for any situation. I highly recommend Rick and Garabedian for all of your plumbing requirements.

Rick and AJ replaced our failing well pressure tank as well as installed a whole-house filter system to improve the quality of our water. Their work was top notch, and they showed us how to use the system and change filters, as well as checked all our fixtures for water pressure. They were incredibly helpful - we will definitely call Garabedian for all of our plumbing needs!

Garabedian is my go to plumbing services and has been for years. In the last 2 months I’ve had two unfortunate incidences happen in my house that needed their services, one was replacing my water heater and the latest one this month, was a leak in my bathroom that was leaking on the first floor. Alec came in and did a fantastic job at figuring out what it was , totally different from what I thought it was and fixing it. He gave us new fixtures and I can’t thank Garabedian enough, I recommend them to friends and family. He even tightened the toilet we replaced (ourselves) , just a little loose , he didn’t have to, but glad he did.

I have been using Garabedian Plumbing for years. In emergencies they respond within hours. They recently installed Central air conditioning and a new hot water heater. I shopped around for the pricing on both and they came in with the best pricing. The work was excellent and timely. Very professional and friendly staff both in the office and in the field.

Very happy with this company. They were very nice to deal with. Needed a faucet installed and some work under the vanity. The plumber they sent was James Martin and he did an excellent job! Very polite and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done and we are so pleased to have no more leaks and a beautiful new faucet. Would have him come back anytime!

This company has always been amazing. My father used them for years and when I married and bought my first home 25 years ago, my father told me that I would never go wrong having Garabedian Plumbing & Heating do my work. He was so right! They just got me out of a no heat situation within hours after our initial call even though they said that they were buried with emergency calls. They told me that they prioritize their calls and get to emergencies as soon as possible. This is why I have been their customer in three different homes for the past 25 years. I like my father will make sure my 3 children when they have their own homes continue to use Garabedian for their plumbing or heating issues. Great company!

Rick was so professional and helpful when I needed help fixing my toilet. He came out in no time at all and resolved my issue and showed me how so in the future I could do it my self. So honest and truthful, truly an asset to your company

Our furnace stopped working on Thursday before Christmas, I called Garabedian plumbing. They immediately dispatched a service team to my home and had a new furnace installed by 4 o’clock the next day. The team that did the installation was outstanding, the customer service getting to that point was exceptional, and the pricing was very reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough!

Garabedian came today to replace an old faucet. The 2 gentlemen that came did an incredible job! They were very professional, timely and accommodating. They even addressed how I would like a personal touch with the placement of the faucet. This is the second time I had business with Garabedian)who did a full vanity replacement) and couldn't be happier.

Rick was fantastic. He installed my insinkerator quickly and efficiently. He unclogged the bathroom sink and found a leak and fixed it also. He was polite and courteous and cleaned up after all the work was done. If you want a good plumber just ask for Rick. You'll be glad you did.

I have used Garabedian twice, never again. Each time the job happened to cost exactly was given as the worst-case quote despite the technician saying the job was easier than expected. Poor workmanship by Garabedian led to my water heater catching fire due to a leak that developed after only two years at cold water inlet. The plumber who I called to fix it took one look at the work and guessed Garabedian had done the install without me saying anything.
