Servpro is top notch! They were friendly and came out and followed up when they said they would. Dan and Carson worked very efficiently to get the job done early and left the space in a livable condition. We hope to not need them again, but, I highly recommend if you’re in need.

We experienced a water pipe burst at the worst time, the holidays. After walking into our home the day after Xmas after being away visiting family, we saw our first floor and basement area flooded with water and a hole in the dining room ceiling spewing water. Immediately we connected with Servpro and in a short turnaround had Luis and Juan on the scene to help with mitigation. Both Luis and Juan were very respectful and kind during this stressful time. In addition, both were very professional and easily communicated what they were doing and what the process was going to be like moving forward. From there we mostly worked with Fae and Wally. Both of whom were friendly, straight forward and transparent but respectful and made sure everything was communicated clearly. We had several back and forths with insurance in between mitigation and demolition, but Wally and Fae were fantastic throughout the whole process and I felt as if they were truly in "our corner" doing right by us. In several instances either Fae or Wally, or both, would respond to calls or emails after work hours if there were any outstanding questions or items that needed to be addressed. I greatly appreciated everything the team did and could not recommend SERVPRO of Worcester enough, and even more so this particular team. Great job, and thank you!

Wally, Dan, Carson, Andy, Jason, Julio and Juan are amazing. We had a fire at work and we called them for clean up and heavy duty degreasing and cleaning. They arrived within an hour. They were very professional and friendly. We will definitely use them in the future if services are ever needed.

We Came home from a Christmas visit with grandchildren to find three feet of water in our cellar. SERVPRO did an amazing job cleaning up a horrific mess. They were cheerful, hardworking, kind and understanding. The job they have to do is tough and dirty. The job required several days and I requested the same team to finish. Dan and Carson were fantastic! I had sewer line repair problems in my basement and you can imagine the clean-up that was required. This team showed-up very quickly, put-together a clean-up game plan and did a fantastic remediation. They were professional and very patient in answering my questions. You can't ask for a better company than Servpro Worcester or a better remediation team than Dan and Carson!

Dan & Carson were great! They cleaned my HVAC system and duct in my dryer. They were very through, kind, and went above and beyond to educate me and point out ways I can help up keep the maintenance of the system. They also even vacuumed up the floors, which I wasn't expecting, thank you both!! (Update: Javier and Jarrett, were also great! They came out to help clean another duct, and they did an amazing job too, thanks so much!)

Scheduling was very helpful, but depending, booking might take a little longer so be sure to plan ahead if you need to get your vents cleaned before a certain time.

I had significant water damage in my basement from a pipe leak. I called SERVPRO and they immediately sent Dan and Carson to our house to address our water damage. They were very professional and courteous to us. The prep work they did went flawlessly. In a couple of hours they had removed our damaged carpet and pad. I would highly recommend SERVPRO Dan and Carson for your water damage needs. I hope when you call SERVPRO that you have the privilege to have Dan and Carson come to your house to address your water damage.

Great job provided by Luis and Juan today, as they transferred items from Pod back into the area, they were removed from following a flood in our basement, they were very respectful courteous, patient, considerate and helpful. They worked efficiently to empty the pod and left it clean. They were great at making sure items were placed neatly back into the basement. Calling SERVPRO when our house flooded in December 2024 was the best decision we made. We were in such great hands every step of the way and I wanted to shoutout some of the team members who really supported us:

Wally: Wally supervised the damage assessment and mitigation and demolition of our home. He helped us navigate insurance issues and was such a great communicator.

Luis and Juan: They came to our house for the mitigation process within hours of our call to them, spent hours at a home during a busy holiday week doing what they could to minimize water damage, and were so kind during such an overwhelming time.

The SERVPRO team helped us pack up our home, provided a pod for storage, and then Aaron & Andrew helped us moved back into our home, put furniture back together, and simplified this process as much as possible.

Fae: Fae was the office manager who communicated with us so excellently throughout the process. She was so organized and kept us in the loop about what was going on at every step.

SERVPRO overall made this hard and overwhelming time so much easier and we can't thank them enough!

Wally, Dan, and Carson helped us out addressing a water leak and were fantastic. Wally was thorough in evaluating where moisture was and proposed a reasonable process for dealing with it. Dan and Carson installed the drying equipment and were very detailed, explained what they were doing, and answered all of our questions. Great service!

March 11, 1st time they came i think they put fans out to dry up cellar (basement). Needed extension cords upstairs in my house. They were just wonderful the two guys who came Luis and Juan. I was very impressed by their professionalism. They worked very hard and diligently. So much so whe Wally adked me who I wanted to return to do my next job I told him I wanted the same two guys because the were very good and very professional. They worked very hard too.

The Servpro team that helped clean up my apartment from smoke damage due to a garage fire were amazing . Javier is the man with his hard working partner Jarrett. These guys and the other team members were quick, thorough & thoughtful. Job well done.

Dan and Carson were very professional and understood what needed to be done. They made sure that the tenant in wheelchair was set before they started anything most would just start. I appreciate these guys and hope others realize they have good worker who actually care for people

SERVPRO has been excellent for me in cleaning up after two major problems in my house. Wally, Javie, Juan, Joshua, and Junior have been especially wonderful.

Dan did an excellent job on my ducts 👏👏. He was thorough throughout, personable and respectful to my livingspace, and clearly took pride in his work. Five stars all the way.

My family and I had a house fire 7/15/24. We have been out of the house since 7/18/24. This entire time we were being led into a dark hole. Servpro of Worcester cleaned out our home and took care of the damaged belongings, they did amazing! That is until they laid off the best staff we met and then the demo work needed to be done. Our kitchen was torn up and our floors due to water damage. We were being told by the supervisor, this was okay and they were in talks with insurance. Time going by and by and we stopped getting phone calls or updates on the project. Finally received an email randomly that they're still working on an estimate for rebuild. This was 10/29/24. My husband and I tried again and again sending emails, phone calls, texts to the supervisor and contractor. Nothing. The secretary didn't even answer. I finally reached out via email(see pictures) with the advice of some more experienced family and this company just dropped us no questions asked.

Our insurance adjuster and I had a conversation immediately following this email and he said the company had not been in touch with them since about September and hadn't gotten ANY approval to tear up our house this way. The adjuster said it may have been fine to do so AFTER approval but now are working towards covering this damage. The adjuster spoke to the Servpro supervisor himself and was basically told to pound sand and if they don't get paid the bill was being sent to me and my husband.

To say we are stunned, frustrated, and TIRED is an understatement. We want to go home and that has been pushed even longer because of this company. Currently working with our insurance and another contractor to remedy the situation best we can.
