Dan and Calvin from Servpro did an amazing job with our water damage cleanup. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care. They removed damaged ceiling, flooring, and linoleum, then cleaned up thoroughly and even covered the open ceiling neatly. Dan’s leadership and teamwork with Calvin were impressive—calm, professional, and respectful. The work was superior and gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Aaron and Dan showed up quickly. They are VERY professional and did a great job setting up fans and other equipment to start the process of drying out the carpets and floors. They did a very good job to assess the areas of water, and the damages. We would definitely recommend Servpro. Aaron and Dan are for sure the A team!!

I have contacted ServPro Worcester for a few issues at my home including mold inspection took and pest cleanup/mitigation. Every employee has been personable, thorough, and responsive- including Wally and Fae who recently went above and beyond to help us with an inspection. I would absolutely recommend their services!

I needed to call ServPro to address an ice dam related water leak. Dan and Joe came out on the same day and were able to deal with the issue immediately. They did a great job!

Servpro was excellent. They came within an hour on a Sunday evening, documented everything with pictures and video for insurance purposes, were polite and thorough. When they were done, there was no water damage due to their quick and effecient response. I highly recommend them

I cannot begin to thank Dan and his team for everything they did. Our basement is a wreck and so much is up in the air, but Dan and his people were calm, engaging, and did a brilliant job!! Will definitely use them again and will happily refer people to them knowing my friends and family will be in good hands!!

We had used them for 2 floods that happened within a year of each other for separate reasons, where we needed our living room floor replaced. First time, great, they made a painful process as painless as possible. They installed a gorgeous, wood vinyl that was sturdy and felt like a hard wood floor. Second time, we had the complete opposite experience. Almost a year out to our second flood, I am still so mad any time I walk on the cheap floor they installed, that was not what we had agreed to. This one bounces EVERYWHERE we walk, we can hear the planks cracking and pop up in certain spots, and it feels like cheap plastic under our feet. Do you know how annoying it is to have your floor BOUNCE? We were assured, when we immediately noticed this, that it would settle within a year. I feel like it's gotten worse.
The reason we ended up with this bouncy plastic floor is they could not use an exact match of what we had, and had emailed us some options that were close to what we had. Instead of bringing these, the contractor, Jefferson, without telling us, brought in what he just happened to have in his truck from the apartment he was just working on. So we thought we were getting the high quality planks we had before that really upgraded our living room. Instead we now have flooring that's meant to be ripped out within a few years in an apartment complex.

Also, when Jefferson came for one of the visits to the house, we were scheduled for a 12 PM arrival. Instead, he showed up with his crew at 8 AM, no call or warning, and of course on a day we were trying to get our cat to surgery, and while I was in the middle of changing. When my husband called him to politely ask what was going on, he screamed at my husband over the phone and used profanities for us not letting them in, since this is when they were available. I wish this was an exaggeration.

It was obvious Jefferson's only care was to do things that were convenient for him, to the detriment of the customer. We had everything documented, and Jefferson did admit to Servpro about bringing the wrong planks. Servpro refused to switch it out to what we had discussed in the email "since you signed the contract." Now we are stuck with a cheap bouncy plastic floor that we're going to have to replace ourselves when we have the funds.

Ignore the "let's talk to resolve this." I did reach out, and they're still hanging onto the "well you signed the contract" despite it being under false pretenses. Which is very illegal. So if you want to work with criminal scammers who do shoddy work and have random men arrive at your house any time they please and be mad at YOU for it, go ahead and work with this group.

They came out quickly and did a great job. Their office replied promptly to my requests and annoying questions.
And it cost a lot less than I thought it would. They are also willing to wait to see what the insurance company is willing to pay before billing me for the balance which I thought was nice of them.

Donald, Julio, and Wally did a great job - from the first day I called through completing services. They answered all my questions after my basement flooded, and retrieved the equipment (through the snow!) on their last day. I am glad I chose them to help get through a really stressful situation and my basement is nice & dry.

Big shout out to Steve the project manager. Servpro is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and trustworthy person on their team. From the beginning of our flooded basement Steve has led with compassion. The mitigation team was awesome, Dan & Donald were true professionals. Next we meet Sean and the construction team! Fingers crossed they are just as helpful as Steve and his crew! Thank you ServPro!

Donald and Juan were great! Very friendly. Our ceiling had collapsed from water from a broken pipe. They did a great job on the initial clean up and explained how the whole process is going to work and what to expect. This is the second time we've used ServPro. Happy with their services.

Dan and Josiah did a great job demolishing our damaged ceiling and wall from a broken hot water heating pipe. After the demo, they cleaned everything up real well. They were both very courteous and thoroughly explained the whole process. Nice guys. We are very happy with their service and would use ServPro again for sure.

Service was quick and professional. Working with Steve to schedule was very tailored to our needs, and both Donald and Juan were clean, courteous, and very professional. They left everything very clean and well done! I wish I hadn’t needed them, but so appreciated their expertise. Upon return, Jr and Steve did a thorough walkthrough and assessment. They were great to work with!

ServPro of Worcester provided high quality professional service for our project. The project manager Wally gave us a clear picture on what to expect, and answer our questions very thoroughly. Dan and Clayton did wonderful jobs in my house for the four days. They worked hard, and are very considerate in minimizing the impact to us while the project is on going in the living room and bedroom. We are very pleased with their work.

Had a new shower and toilet put in, came the day they said they would be there and done the next day. Pulled all necessary permits and sales guy Kevin was a pleasure to deal with!! All good

I went to purchase and return some items with my husband. First off I found a phone holder that isn’t cheap out of its package that someone clearly was trying to snatch so I frqbb r I and brought it to her being nice she grabbed it rolled her eyes and tossed it next to her register. I should have left it to be stolen. I don’t have my debit card anymore and I knife the policy either way you can get a cash refund. She refused to do it so now I have to drive all bed say to Acura One I asked how her day was And she was so snotty and disrespectful to us she shouldn’t be anywhere near r service. She has wavy brown hair skinny And glasses
