Since starting it has been nothing but canceled/rescheduled appointments. I understand the time. We are in a pandemic and very understanding but communication is key. I have expressed many times if someone is not going to show up just please let me know and the issue happened every single time. I am also busy and many times I wanted to speak to the person about the yard so wasted time staying home for no one to show. I had to reach out to ask when my next appointment was Every time. When i asked that is when it got scheduled and the day of, no one would show. I would wait until end of day and asked what happened and get a song and a dance for response. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I gave one last chance and even spoke to the owner who apologized. I realized my yard is looking TERRIBLE and realized yet again i have no appointment in the books. I reached out and same day I’m all of a sudden scheduled. 2 days later I get an email for a different date a week apart.

It should not be the customers job to chase and schedule their appointments. That is why we pay money for assistance. It has been a nightmare from day one. As of today going with another local company that came highly recommended.

This was the first time we hired a service to do fall cleanup. We were so happy with the results. The men worked hard and did an amazing job cleaning the yard. They went above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely be using them next year.

I am 85 years old and have loved gardening for as long as I remember. I am not able to keep up with my perennial garden on my front yard. The weeds pretty much took over. Staples came in, weeded my beds completely, edged beautifully, and put down mulch. With treatments applied, my lawn looks like golf course! I've been very happy with the services that Staple Landscapes has provided. The correspondence is timely and professional which is something I often find lacking in service providers. Our lawn looks much better than when we had a complete DIY approach, I would highly recommend them if you are looking for lawn care services.

Staple Landscape is literally a cut above any landscaping company that I’ve ever had experience with. They are responsive, on time, extremely thorough, and they follow through on their promises. Their use of technology to maintain accurate communication is a welcome surprise in the landscaping field. Couldn’t be happier with their services that they provide to our home - lawn maintenance and fertilizer, mosquito and tick control, and fall/spring cleanups are always fantastic!

Staple Landscapes did a great job on our shrub trimming and lawn clean up. We received notification of when our services would be performed and they let us know when things had to be rescheduled due to weather. They were always responsive when we had questions and upon arrival they asked clarifying questions about our property. I felt that their prices were reasonable and we are happy with their services. We will continue to use them in the future.

Had staple landscaping come out this past fall and do an aeration and overseed. Wasn’t happy with results at first so they came back the next day and did it over again. They still had problems pulling plugs from my lawn( I don’t know why) but I can’t argue with the results. I watered it everyday and the lawn came in thick and beautiful. My only gripe is the men who came out didn’t speak a lick of English so it was impossible to ask questions or communicate with them at all. I’m the type of person who likes to ask questions when I hire people to do a job. But, all in all I’m happy with the results.

I am very happy with the work we had done. From speaking with Austen and Jessie to the great job of the crew members. I highly recommend them!!

We have used Staple Landscape numerous times over the years. This year we needed out lawn aerated and overseeded. Nick's crew came out and did a nice job. However, the lawn just did not seem right. They came out again and completed the entire job for a second time, no questions asked. Our lawn came in better than ever before and the grass is still nice green as we enter December.

Everyone there has been very responsive and easy to communicate with, plus they send frequent alerts about the work they will be doing at your home. They performed a spring clean up/debris removal, mulch installation and lawn service and everything looks awesome! They have great customer service and are affordable, would highly recommend!

Our backyard was completed covered with trees leaving very little room for the kids to play. Staple Landscapes assessed the job, priced it right, completed the job on time and you can see a huge difference.

This is my second year with Staple Landscapes, and I highly recommend. I had them do my spring cleanup last year and did the same this year. Great job! They also did my lawn treatments last year and will have the same this year as well. If you are not pleased with service received, they respond immediately (like, within a few hours). Will always notify in advance when service is scheduled and communicate when service is delayed due to weather.
