This is my second season working with Staple Landscape, and I couldn’t be more impressed. If you’re looking for the cheapest price and “just okay” service, this isn’t the company for you. However, if you value exceptional service, reliability, and a stress-free experience, look no further.

Their pricing is fair and competitive, but what truly sets them apart is the quality of their work and their commitment to exceeding expectations. They consistently deliver on their promises, on time, and without any hassle. Every visit leaves me amazed by their attention to detail and thoughtfulness.

Staple Landscapes has been a lifesaver. They do everything you could want for your lawn at very reasonable prices. Besides fertilizing, mowing, trimming bushes, mulching, Spring and Fall yard cleanup, winter snowplowing, and more. They are always available for consults and guarantee all their work. They ask for feedback after every service. They have made my life so much easier!

Staples Landscapes provided all of my lawn and landscaping services over the past year, including shrub trimming, mulch installation, overgrowth removal,weekly mowing, and fall cleanup.
Any time I had a question I received a prompt, courteous reply, jobs have been scheduled rapidly, and all work has been exceptional. Staples even compiled a list of area contractors for customers to consider when planning future home improvement products!

I hate to submit these reviews but I feel like it’s critically important. I’ve been a customer of staple landscapes for many years doing everything from leaf pickups and yard cleanings to lawn care.

I have had several occasions where technicians applying fertilizers to the property would over spray or straight up apply fertilizer in the kids playground area (haphazard application) or applying over a few obvious dog toys left on the grass. Here in this picture was right after the application when fertilizer was applied to my lawn, on top of the only two dog toys on the property.

This latest case happened after I had the owner to my house whom convinced me that organic was safer and that they would instruct the tech to remove any dog toys from the lawn before applying.

After breaking his promise, I needed to cancel my services. They simply do not have technicians that care about safe application nor the ability to correct this situation.

It will happen to you too, I would suggest trying a different company.

FWIW Leaf pickups, and fall clean outs I was always happy with.

3 times I called, emailed and met with you to ask you to be careful with the fertilizer application. Nick (owner) said he could solve the issue (careless application) after the 2nd time and he could not. It’s a fair review seeing I gave you 3 chances to show solve a very easy issue.

I (nor you) would not put “organic fertilizer” on my or my kids food so I think telling me that I did not need to discard the rope dog toys was an out of touch comment.

This is my second year working with Staple Landscape for my fall cleaning and I’d definitely hire them again! The whole process from quote to completion was great and very easy. Communication was clear and when rescheduling issues came up, they were very accommodating. The crew arrived early and did great job. It was also incredibly quick! They took care of all the leaves and left my yard looking amazing. I had a couple of minor concerns with some small branches left on the mulch beds (they were very respectful to not blow the mulch away!) and there were a few mud splashes on the fence (it had recently rained). I contacted the Staple Landscapes team to share my observations and they acted so quickly to address them. Their field manager came to my property to clean the small branches himself and they even sent a power washing company to take care of my fence. Talk about stellar customer care! Thank you so much to Austen and the Staple Landscapes team. Looking forward to working with you again next fall!

We have used a variety of local landscape companies over the last 15 years for Fall clean ups; we have many oak trees on our property. Today, Staples did an incredibly efficient and thorough job! It is pristine. We have not had a comparable experience with any other landscaping company. Great work, attitude and outcome at a fair price. Call them for any yard and landscaping service you may need.

Absolutely worst plow job in the history of plowing, took two days to “plow” an apartment building parking lot. Left a huge mess, and when they returned on the second day, after the storm, they barely opened up the entrances, then left. With well over two and a half feet of snow, the plow driver spent a total of 25 minutes on the property, over the course of two days. Didn’t shovel any of the access or entrances to the rear apartments, they waited for the tenants to shovel out so they didn’t have to clean those areas, and they did the exact same thing the last storm me had, earlier this season.
Never seen such a poor execution of snow removal. A complete joke.

We have had a great experience with this company. Nancy and Vanessa have been courteous, professional, and helpful in every way. Amy, our technician, is polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you for being so customer oriented! I would not hesitate to use D & S Appliance Repair service again.

Aimee was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Replaced our ice maker in a reasonable amount of time and offered suggestions about the settings. If we need another repair, I hope she is the person they send.

Unfortunately I’ve had some bad luck with a brand new set of Maytag washer and dryer. D&S has been on site at my home to do some repairs. Each time I’ve had to schedule an appointment the ladies have been very polite, courteous and helpful.
Lee and another gentleman have been the technicians to arrive. I have always been kept up to date on estimated time of arrival. I even get a phone call when technician has finished his previous job and on the way to my house.
I have primarily dealt with technician Lee. He has been very knowledgeable of the appliances I purchased. He does not waste anytime, had my Dryer torn all the way down to replace a chassis that was damaged in shipping, in no time, I was very impressed. Technician Lee has also replaced control panel and gearbox on the washing machine. Each time he has been on site he is very polite and takes the time to explain any questions that I may have. Me being a computer technician it’s hard not asking questions and understanding how things work. Never once given an attitude, Lee actually took the time with the old part to show me where the failure was! A+ service from D&S!
Wish I had not gone with Maytag, Quality of the machines is poor and cheaply made. All my life growing up watching those maytag commercials, how board the Maytag repair man was, I had always wanted a Maytag washer and dryer. I finally could afford a brand new washer and dryer at the age of 42 and I wish I went with the cheapest Chinese stuff because the Maytag is no different, except more expensive! Maytag’s customer service was a terrible experience also, so it was such a relief to get such a compassionate service company in the end.
Technician Lee said he would get them fixed up and working like new. He even reached out to maytag on my behalf so I did not have to deal with them anymore once D&S got involved!

Jimmy did a great job for us. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, ordered the part & returned when he received it. He has a great personality & is very informative on the subject of appliance repair.

Mike has serviced our appliances several times and always pinpoints the problem. He is well trained and has excellent troubleshooting skills. He's a likable guy and is always courteous and treats us with respect.

Reason for 2 stars is due to how service was performed on appliance in need of. It took three times for final repair of. 1st was diagnostics. Technician did not inspect product to see what actual problem was. Second technician found part ordered was incorrect and upon inspection found more wrong with appliance than originally noted. Third visit involved original technician damaged table top used to repair appliance. Very poor service. Upon trying to explain to service center manager how damage was created to tabletop when tech used for repair, made me feel like it was my problem and it happened prior to fixing appliance.
