I’ve owned quite a few whirlpool appliances and was surprised to have an issue with the dishwasher. We called for service and they came out quick and were in and out in no time. It was under warranty and everything was handled for us. The technician was courteous and quick which just made the entire experience great!

Amanda has been to my house. I think twice maybe 3 times at this point. But either way, she has always been very friendly. Very professional and great at what she does. I can only hope that if I need her in the future. She is still going to be available. What an asset she is to any company is when I can see!!!

This is the second time this washer has been down. Now I have another five days without a washer. They knew it was the transmission when they came out. They should have brought one with them. We wash clothes for our household and my wife's 90 year old mother. Not having a washer creates a hardship for us. Ryan has been nice about the repair but I feel the company is using the numerous trips to make money off of Whirlpool. The quality of the Whirlpool product and the speed of the repair is unacceptable!!!.

Ruben was on time and very courteous. He immediately gave me the vibe I'm dealing with a down to earth and warm individual which in todays world is hard to come by. But down to the reason I needed him...he was very knowledgeable in ascertaining what the problem was with my washing machine and corrected the issue. But the main reason I'd absolutely use him again..the day he came to fix my machine it happened to be his birthday and he was still more than happy to be there working ..another rarity!! Thank you again Ruben!!

As I read these reports. I must’ve had the wrong two(2) Technicians

Did not inspect in full. I had a three opinions, the other technicians done a well and precise analysis. Both found out the motor is just fine. We were given a $500 something invoice. Asking to replace the motor which was false. I would not contact again for service. This is the second time we were overcharged. We bypassed the first time, but for me two strikes you’re out.

Amanda and Jeremy have each serviced my two year old Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator/freezer (which is under warranty) twice. Every time they have been prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Advantage Appliance Repair does their best to schedule a fast turnaround appointment and the wait time for parts has been super quick.

The gentleman who came to repair our dishwasher under warranty was professional, courteous, and well informed. He did the job quickly, replacing a faulty gasket to prevent leaking and was incredibly helpful with additional information about the appliance. He had done a repair on our Range in the past and asked how it was working out so far. We would definitely hire Advantage Appliance Repair in the future if need be. They Care!

Aimee was the technician who came in to look at our washing machine. She was very personable, taking the time to speak with me and explain what likely happened, and very knowledgeable. When it came to get fixing, she politely excused herself and got to work and was respectful of my house and that I was working from and taking calls. I would recommend them to anyone.

Angel was great! Very nice, prompt, and knew what he was doing. Fixed my washer and dryer and so far so good!. Scheduling was great too, but the wait for the parts was lengthy. Probably not their fault, but one of the pieces was on back order and only until I called to check in, was when someone called another location to get it sooner. So I think that should have been done automatically without me having to call.

Bought a new Maytag washer. My old one lasted 15 Years. It seems a little complicated to me so a very polite and knowledgeable employer from Advantage Appliances by the name of Jeremy came and explained it. He was so patient with me. I thought it was faulty but it was because I was not using it correctly. So grateful for Jeremy. The rest of the staff was so pleasant in making the appointment. Great company if you need your appliances repaired.

Jeff was punctual, pleasant to talk to and completed the repair quickly. I am very satisfied with Jeff and his work. He explained the potential issues that caused the need for the repair. Hopefully, the new part Jeff installed will be long lasting.
The company, Advantage Appliance Repair, was easy to deal with and received multiple texts/phone calls letting me know the status of my sercice request.

Jonathan was fantastic! He got our washer working after another service company coming out already. He was very knowledgeable and listened to every problem that I had with the washer. After the first company coming out and telling me NY washer needed to he cleaned (that wasn't at all what was wrong with it). Jonathan got it working properly again and I can now wash clothes in less than 2 hours vs the 6 hours it took before! So thank you again.

Today one of the service the professional came from Advantage Appliance Repair Inc to repair just two years old refrigerator. She opened freezer compartment and said they might be a mice went inside the refrigerator. Which is no way possible and immediately said I will not service this but you have pay $129. She was all about money. which is not acceptable to me but I wanted to behave as matured person unlike her. So, I gave her a check for the requested amount. She couldn't repair the refrigerator rather he gave all unnecessary advice and blabbering . Please stay away from these people. I wouldn't want to give even a single star but there is no choice.

Moreover after two days of Advantage Appliance Repair Inc service, I called another professional, He came and cleanup the freezer compartment. Now my refrigerator works perfectly. No issues at all. I will never give business to these folks again as they are just money minded.

The team at Advantage Appliance Repair are great. They are professional and have been able to troubleshoot both my washer and dryer issues quickly. When the parts came in, they were fast with the install. I highly recommend them and would call them again if need any of my appliances serviced or repaired.

Robert was really great. He diagnosed what needed to be fixed on the dishwasher and ordered the piece. The item was obtained and an appointment was scheduled pretty quickly. I was very impressed how quick the turn around time was. I am very happy I chose your company when Kitchen Aid gave me a couple of names to contact. The whole experience went very smoothly.

Chuck was a very reliable and knowledgeable person. He arrived on time with a phone call to let me know exact time. Very professional helped me understand my washer better. Fixed the cold and hot water channels as installed incorrectly and leveled machine also not done by installation. These few things caused a huge problem with washing. Once all adjusted he continued to answer questions I had about the machine in general. Awesome service from start to finish. Thank you, Chuck and Advantage Appliance Repair for all your timely help. While our 4 1/2 yr. old beautiful Kitchen Aid high end refrigerator was ultimately determined to be not repairable, we did appreciate Advantage Appliance Service and Jimmy (our serviceman) and the way they conduct their business. We especially appreciated knowing what time of day we could expect Jimmy to arrive. That was very helpful. Jimmy also was very informative on when he would be arriving as well. Jimmy was very pleasant to work with and was very diligent in his efforts to repair the refrigerator. I would highly recommend Advantage and Jimmy for appliance repair work.

I have been lucky enough to get Chuck as the Service Technician before this appointment, so I was so pleased to see him back.

Very respectful and knowledgeable, excellent communicator with great problem-solving skills. I give this a 5 star rating even though the 30 year old washing machine was unsalvageable and we had to pay for that diagnosis. I really value his recommendation to buy a new machine as being the most reliable next step for our needs. He even shared insights for our shopping expectations. Pleased with our outcome.

Ryan was my technician and he is definitely one of a kind. He called 30 minutes before he was to arrive at my appointment. Both times. That is 10 stars for me right off the bat. Very nice very respectful. He even put booties on when he came in my house. Very thoughtful. Ryan arrived on and worked very hard on both my washer and dryer, explained to me thoroughly, what was going on with both the washer and the dryer. The parts were ordered the same day, and Ryan was back by Friday to finish fixing my washer and dryer…. Customer service, 100%, The skill factor 100%, hands-down, 100% thoroughly satisfied

I wish there was a Zero star. A very rude technician showed, did not bother to hear any of what we said and wrote a report back to Whirlpool stating we hit the stove that caused the chip. The chip is so small and nothing was dropped by accident on the appliance for it to chip. If we did drop anything it would have cracked and it would not be a 0.5 cm chip at one corner of appliance. Very dissatisfied, called Whirlpool and expressed our frustration and they are sending a different company.

My entire experience with Advantage Appliance Repair has been fantastic!

First off, I got an appointment within a few days, night and day from other companies estimating a two week wait just for diagnostics! Within an hour of booking I received a confirmation email that included not only my techs name, but also a picture! That absolutely gave me a sense of security knowing who to expect to show up at my home.

Aimee not only fought multiple road blocks and detours to get to my home, she kept a positive attitude through the whole ordeal! In my home she was friendly, fast, very knowledgeable and helpful! I was able to get the problem part replaced immediately and during the diagnostic process she explained everything to me as well as offered advice for future care of my dishwasher.
