Service First Heating and Cooling installed a new system in my home. It was an extremely challenging install, furnace in a tight closet, custom ductwork was needed, etc.
Jeremiah and Tony arrived on time, had my
Old system out within an hour and recycled and proceeded to install the new system start to finish in another three hours. Within 30 minutes temp in my home was back to 65 degrees. Our old system couldn’t bring it to less then 73 on a mild day and it was always clammy. They fabricated a solution to install filters to filter out allergens for my daughter who has breathing complications.

Please consider using them, you won’t regret it. 10/10!

Fast and professional service. They were quick to get back to me and I got my repairs done the same day. I had them do AC repairs at two locations and couldn't be happier with the price and service they provided.

Had an issue with our furnace this morning called service first on a recomendation. Paul was quick to respond explained the problem to me and fixed it for a reasonable price. Very personable and easy to talk to .very knowledgeable technician. I cant recomend this company any higher. If u find urself in a bind like i did let service first help you out of it.

Called this company after a not so satisfactory experience with another contractor. Not only did they send someone out in 30 minutes or less, Cheyo was and excellent technician who took the time to answer my many questions. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend this company.

Company spent 20min Total at house that's including writing proposal for new unit. Stated mine had leak and couldn't be fixed. Another company came looked at unitput some refregiant in it. Unit was just low. No leaks. It's bad that a local company doesn't want to help people. Just sell new and not take care of customer. I suggest you get a second opinion before using this company.very disappointed.

When our ancient furnace went out in the middle of winter Service First responded quickly, came out and gave us a quote for a new furnace and while we were at it a new air conditioner too. Pleasant, friendly and a good quote, but they said it would be a week. We left a message that we would check with other places, they called back quickly and said they could do it in a couple of days and install the air conditioner a couple of weeks later. Kind and courteous staff!! We tried to start the air conditioner Memorial Day weekend, no luck. Trouble shooted a bit then called Service First on a Sunday, they said they would be out in an hour, awesome! Found out the thermostat was not set up right for air and the new unit had leaked after installation and all the freon was gone, so even though the unit was now running, no cold air. Said they would be back Tuesday.

Paul and his crew responded quickly when our furnace went out. They identified the problems and gave us options. We decided to replace our old furnace and they were able to install it the very next day. The two installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. They even helped us confirm that an old leak above our furnace was not a current concern. I will definitely call them again.

Our AC went out on Memorial Day. We called them just to leave a message for the morning. Much to our surprise they returned our call within 5min on a holiday! They were able to get us an estimate the very next day, and temporally fixed our old unit until they could get a new one in, at not cost. I would recommend them.

They did a great install for my parents. Good price and really good service. If they were closer to my home I'd use them all the time, but I call them for any big job since we are almost two hours away.

I contacted Paul with a poor cooling air conditioning unit for my house. He came out that evening, diagnosed the issue and gave me options and possible prices for each option. Very prompt service. Had to contact him a second time for an issue of my own doing and once again contacted me the very next day , came out and made a repair that day. I highly recommend Service First!!!

I would absolutely recommend! They were incredible and I will continue to use them. They put up with one talkative kid and an aggressive dog that would not quit barking with professionalism and a friendly attitude, thank you so much! They were tidy and efficient in the small space and I was even given a free recommendation on venting for my water heater, which is very much appreciated! I had Service First install mini splits for my house and I am thrilled with the products and the experience. Service First gave estimates that were accurate, detail oriented, and respectful to the needs and care of an antique home. They provided solutions that other companies would not do. The installation process was smooth and the crew was just great to work with. They showed up early! When does that happen? The install was completed on time. Any unexpected issue was dealt with and I was informed throughout the process. I had the mini splits installed a year ago and it's proven to be a great decision. I was warm when I needed to be; cool when I needed to be; and guest rooms were adjustable to my guest's preferences. I've had a few questions along the way and Paul has responded in a timely way and the experience has been effortless.

They were prompt and very mindful of budget. I had originally called for a replacement and they were the only company to call me back with an estimate. And not only an estimate but options. They were easy to work with, returned my calls within a business day and were very mindful of what I needed as well as what was the best option for my situation. I will use them again in the future.

The receptionist and service person were both prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. This company has fair pricing and is very upfront about costs. We were returning customers and will continue to be.
