I would like to share that Justice Pro Mechanical installed our air conditioner and performed a service on our furnace. I could not be more happy with the service I received, and I heartily recommend you giving Justice Pro Mechanical the opportunity to work on your air conditioner or furnace.

Same problem reoccurred Called them out and Somehow the tech missed us when everybody was home and in the living room? Which is okay no harm no foul, But then proceed to threaten to put us on a no-call list, wild no need to put me on the list.
Update: He knocked twice on the backdoor and waited in his truck ten minutes they attempted to call me once

Called me back in the middle of the night even though I hadn't left a message, to see what I needed, amazing nobody does that, so appreciated, set up an appointment immediately and were at the house within like a half hour later even though it was 6am and weather was horrible. Super polite and knowledgeable and had me back in running in no time. I highly recommend!!!

Excellent service from the phone call to departure. Nobody wants to stay cold in the winter and don't, call these terrific people and they will help! Greg came out at 9 pm, nobody does that. Had me up and running in 30 minutes. Thank you again!!

Service was great! Had to have my furnace serviced and the issue was found and fixed same day. Greg was great guy, informing me of what was wrong and what to look for after he left, I’m happy with everything and even happier to try and be warm with the weather getting colder.

Was having problems with my furnace. I called to have them come out and look at it. Greg came out looked at it identified the problem. Gave us an estimate the chimney pipe that went from the furnace through the roof needed replaced. The next morning they came out and fixed it in 2 hours their crew was amazing polite professional and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend them to everyone.

Awesome work! Came in and put in a hot water heater in for me easily, Jaden Hoyle and his partner were very respectful and kind. Answered every question I had politely, would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

My heat stopped working during the cold fall night so i called on a Monday and they set me up with an appointment right away and got it working in no time thanks JPM. Update ended up getting a new furnace installed to replace my 20 year old unit with a 96% efficiency furnace and AC they did a great job installing everything. extremely professional would highly recommend

First time using Justice Pro Mechanical and I am *so happy with the amazing customer service I received. I called, spoke with Tabitha, who was also very kind and had amazing customer service. Tabitha told me that Greg would arrive within a two hour time frame and he arrived in under 30 minutes. I also greatly appreciate how Greg came out so late on a Saturday night.

Very satisfied with the initial encounter. Greg said he would send me different quotes depending on how far I wanted to “dive” into the process of fixing my AC. He explained everything in great detail, told me and showed me things that I was not told or shown by the company that installed my AC. Haven’t had actual “service” done yet (but plan to do so) and I would still highly recommend this company.

Greg was very helpful, honest, and was not just trying to get extra money for anything. Got my heat working, gave me advice on how to do it myself and only charged me the service call which is by far the cheapest around...💯 would recommend them to everyone!

Great customer service when we had a CO leak early in the morning not only did Greg call us back right away but gave us steps to keep us safe he was there a few hours later and his crew had our new furnace hooked up within hours after that very efficient from start to finish and our basement was cleaner when then they arrived lol great company and would not hesitate to use them for any other hvac issues we have

Greg came out on a Saturday and went right to work on the problem. Never seen anyone that new so much about his job. A very fair price for emergency call on a Saturday. I also learned alot about how to maintain my boiler and keep it running. Plan on putting in air-conditioning this coming summer and will be sure to call Justice Pro Mechanical out of Adrian Mi.

Had a new mini split air conditioner and heating unit installed. Due to the age of our home it took longer than expected but I was very pleased with their service. Greg has a very courteous and hard-working crew of young men working for him. They were very accommodating and a joy to have here at our home. I am gratefully looking forward to having heat this winter. Thanks guys.

Sent him to my mother-in-law‘s house outside of Morenci for system maintenance. He checked out the heat pump & backup LP furnace. He cleaned out a rodent from the furnace and a bird from the heat pump. He was extremely professional And did all this for only $125. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Exceptional service!!!! Was here quickly to fix furnace on a Sunday! Good communication and updates for arrival. Fixed the issue quickly and price was fair. Greg is an all around great person with excellent work ethics! Highly recommend!

Greg just left our house in Onsted and we couldn’t be happier to have found him. I called this morning with a furnace issue and he came this afternoon and took care of it. Greg came out last night around 0030 and diagnosed the problem. He left my house around 0115. He did not charge me for an after hours charge. He came back today with the part and fixed the issue. It was a cold night and my family was able to keep warm last night because of him and his business. I called others and no one answered even tho the said 24/7 emergency service, he was the only one who answered my call. They are my first and only call to fix my furnace and especially if its an emergency. He has proven to me that his company is 24/7 and in an emergency. Thank you Greg. Greg the owner was great. He was in between jobs and took the time to come and work on our furnace. He answered any questions that we had and explained what he did. He is definitely a go to company.
It ended up that we needed a new furnace, the young men that installed were very nice, especially Jaden who seemed to be the head installer. He kept us informed and answered any concerns. All in all we are very pleased with the work
