Awesome company and customer service!! From the initial meeting with Greg (the owner) to the technician crew of Jayden and Robert for installation of a new HVAC system. I was impressed with the honesty Greg portrays to his customers. He really listens to what you want and need for your home. He does not try to over sell you in a system that is pricier than you want.
Jayden and Robert were friendly, respectable, courteous to protecting my hardwood floors, ready and able to answer my many questions. The whole team went above and beyond my expectations!! When i was questioning the connection of my ducts from a previous company - Justice Pro checked it out for me free of charge. When my water pressure was low after placing my whole house humidifier - Justice Pro did not leave until my entire family was happy!
Other companies do not compare to the customer satisfaction that Justice Pro gives. I will continue to use their services!!

Greg came to our house on a Sunday, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company and will have them anytime we have an air conditioner or furnace problem.

Justice Pro Mechanical rocks! We moved our furnace and AC into our attic. The team Greg sent out Jaden and Richard and today add Greg’s son was superb and hard working. Everything that could go wrong did and these guys stuck with it in an attic that had to be 125 degrees if not more. Never complained. Always worried about our comfort and made sure we had fans. My wife and I worried about them but they kept at it. Highly and I mean highly recommend Justice Pro Mechanical!!!!

Absolutely amazing heating and cooling company!
Our family had an emergency situation-the air conditioner stopped working, and our pets were getting sick from the heat, with one in critical condition. Concerned, we called Justice Pro Mechanical, desperate to have help with cooling our home. They assembled rapidly and installed a new air conditioner for our home. We now have a cool home, and our pets are well.
Excellent customer service. The service men were knowledgeable and helpful. They ensured that we knew about our new AC system and that everything was running well before they left after the AC installation.

Great people to work with! Greg Justice provided a fair quote for AC replacement and answered all of my questions. The technicians were freindly and actually cared that the job was done right.

Unfortunately we found ourselves in need of assistance with our air conditioner. We called around and didn't hear back from any, except for Justice Pro Mechanical. They managed to scheduled us within a reasonable amount of time. Although he didn't have good news for us we appreciated his honesty and professionalism. We would highly recommend this company.

I appreciate the owner Greg explaining i needed repair service since the system wasn't producing cool air but i instead asked for a working system maintenance service . The maintenance techs did a great job cleaning the system and discovering the repair needed. Justice Pro Mechanic made an evening return to do the repair and give us elderly the cool air essential in this heat. Without doubt 5 Stars plus!!!!

My experience with JUSTICE PRO has been a real pleasure. Gregg and his staff are consumate professionals who are not only skilled but highly professional. Their prices are fair and reasonable.
I was highly impressed with the company and their employees. They arrived on time and complete their work in a timely manner. I was especially impressed when they replaced my AC. They walked in the door and immediately laid down a tarp to prevent damage to my carpet.
Once the job was completed they even vacuumed the work area. You could not tell they had even been there.
You cannot go wrong having your mechanical systems repaired or replaced with this company.

I called JPM to fix someone else's substandard work. They were professional and did an excellent and timely job. Lesson learned call JPM first !!

I will say if anyone looking for professional work done Justice Pro is the team. Cost was affordable, great people skills and the repair was done in a timely matter.

Had issues with our boiler and called Justice Pro Mechanical. Spoke with Tabitha who was very friendly and advised Greg would be able to respond within a few hours. Greg arrived on scene in less than 2 hours and diagnosed the problem. He Arrived first thing the next morning with the part we needed and got it back up and running!
