Had an issue with our heater and Witcher had a new furnace installed the very next day. It’s been installed for a week and absolutely no issues. Mike, Nate, and Richard did a quality job and were awesome to work with. They explained what was happening and got the job done! Highly recommend Witcher for any of your heating needs.

We have been having off and on issues with our 21 year old furnace for several months. Every time we’ve called Whitcher they were so prompt and sent someone (Jacob usually) out. Jacob has been babying our furnace along but it finally gave up on us and we had to get a new one. Phil was the final decider on an emergency weekend call when he came out in only 45 minutes! Bob came out on Sunday to go over all costs and Jacob brought the new furnace today and spent 8 hours here installing it and reworking some things for us so that everything worked properly. He ran us through all the workings before leaving. I feel he went over and above by everything he helped us with. We’ll miss him because he won’t be coming out every month. 😁 Big thank you to the whole Whitcher team. Highly recommend them for any and all of your plumbing/heating issues!

Whitcher’s plumbing and heating have been excellent. Rudy, Carlos and Joey have gone above and beyond what was expected. Couldn’t ask for a better crew. If I had a problem, they were on top of it and got things resolved quickly. I would recommend them to anyone for great Service, and very respectable to the homeowners.

I called Witcher about a month or so. Ago for a quote to put in a whole house fan, he said, no problem, he'd love to do. The job He'll take care of me. Needless to say, I waited and waited for a quote and never received one. I sent him a follow-up email to ask him where the quote was. And I received no response whatsoever. Today I went ahead and sent another email telling him I waited long enough for a quote. I'm going to go with somebody else.And he responded he responded " roger that sorry"
Not very professional, is it?Now i'm glad I didn't go with him because i'm not sure what kind of job I would have gotten

I called Whitcher at 2:00pm about an issue with my furnace and by 1:00pm the next day I had a new furnace up and running. Everyone I encountered over there was great to work with and very knowledgeable about their products and services. Would recommend them to everyone I know and will be using them for as long as I am in the area!

I had the pleasure of working with Jacob Senkewitz today, and I can honestly say he exceeded all my expectations. He came to fix a leaking pipe in my basement that had caused damage to the ceiling below. Not only did he repair the pipe with expert precision, but he also went above and beyond by installing a shut-off valve right at the problem area. This thoughtful addition gives me peace of mind, knowing that if anything ever happens again, I can simply turn off the valve to prevent major flooding and damage.

Jacob was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the job in a short amount of time, with great care and respect for my home. His work was not just a quick fix—it was a smart, well-engineered solution that showed true craftsmanship.

From now on, I won’t call anyone else for work on my home. I’ll always reach out to this company, and I’ll be recommending them to friends, family, and neighbors as well. We have used Witcher Plumbing ever since we moved to Adrian a decade ago. We have always found them to be honest, reliable, and competent. The service men have always been friendly and willing to explain things to me and answer my questions. Yesterday, I called because an outside pipe had split and needed repair. The gal who answered the phone was careful to ask me the right questions, and she realized that the problem should be addressed by the company that installed my sprinkler system, not Whitcher. I really appreciated her carefulness to get me the right person to get the job done even though in this case it wasn't Whitcher. Great customer service!

I have been working with Witcher for my cottage in Onsted for 13 years. They are always very responsive, provide emailed estimates and online payment and accept credit cards without the upcharge. The quality of the work is excellent and pricing is fair. They have helped me with many emergencies as well. I would never go anywhere else for my heating and plumbing needs!! Highly recommend!

We had a leak and called them. They were there in about 10 minutes and fixed the problem right then. Awesome company!! Soo happy with their service!

Bought our house in 2019 and we've had Whitcher do all of our plumbing and heating maintenance! We've needed their help with everything from emergency boiler repair to new drain pipe and faucet installation. Their techs and office staff are always friendly and professional - 100% recommend.

My appointment was on the 16th they wanted to move me out to the 31th the reason she said was because other people do not have heat i told her right back.I don't have heat either really shitty customer service i guess they're all about the money. Because they make more money on emergency calls than make an appointment.

We have been using Whitcher for years for all our commercial spaces. They are efficient, communicative and strive to find the best solutions for any issue that comes up. Definitely a great company to work with!

I got an appointment for a non-emergency issue six days after my original call. Fred was the technician that came out. He seemed knowledgeable, but his customer skills were lacking. I mentioned that I am recently unemployed and that I was anxious about a large and unexpected expense. I asked if he could provide a tiered estimate that included line items so I could decide what absolutely needed to be done and what I might be able to hold off on. His response was, "Well if you don't plan on having these repairs made, you're just wasting my time. It takes time to do an estimate and if you're not serious, I won't even bother." WOW. The $179 I paid to have you simply come out and evaluate the situation certainly affords me an estimate for the repairs.

Fred was also unclear about what the cost would be that day. I was only told up-front that I would be charged $99 for the visit and did not know until a bill was unceremoniously thrust in my face that there would be an additional $80 charge for "system diagnostics." Fred also very much gave the impression he would be providing me with an estimate on the spot, only to find out that was not the case- he couldn't even give me a ballpark- that's a different guy's job I guess. So of course I was a little anxious. The estimate I finally received was not tiered as requested. In short- two stars for knowledge, but three stars off because there is something to be said for customer service and clarity in communication. Wish Fred would have treated me like a person instead of a "waste of his time." I ended up having the same work done for essentially the same price by a different plumbing company.

Service was great! We had an emergency issue and they were able to get here within an hour. Phil was professional and got the fix done right away!

We had no water and our pipes were broke. I called witcher, and Jake and Nick were there within 2 hours. They charged us fairly and went above and beyond what needed fixed. My father has cancer and is on a fixed income, and Witcher Plumbing and Heating was sincerely an answer to our prayers. Their service was a reflection of Christs service when he died on the cross for us all.
