Another top notch job by Brandon! Called early morning w hot water heater problem responded quickly & had new hot water heater installed by 4pm. Hated to think it could have gone on thur the wkend. Highly recommend Brandon hands down for any plumbing need!

Great service and support, he answered our call late on a Sunday evening and helped us out of a major jam. Our sub-pump quit and our basement started flooding, he came and got it fixed and its been flawless since. I highly recommend using this service, he was very friendly and professional.

I'm impressed with the work. Brandon had smart and elegant solutions for moving some fixtures in my spooky 1890s house that was never really set up properly for plumbing. I'll be calling again on future projects.

Firstly they were here right on time, with shoe covers in hand. That means a great deal as I don’t want to be left scrubbing my floors afterwards.

Once they were here they were kind, personable and introduced themselves then got right to work addressing the issue. They communicated thoroughly with me from start to finish. Were honest about their assessment and offered options with different price ranges for my problem. I really appreciate that as I don’t want to feel like I’m being over charged or taken advantage of. They left NO mess behind, were efficient and finished in a timely manner. I felt like they went the extra mile. I would most definitely recommend this company and will absolutely call them again for any future needs!!

I recently moved and needed to replace the AC. I have asthma and with the upcoming 90’s temps, I really needed the air! Andrew arranged to have the AC replaced 2 days later. I was extremely pleased with the staff who installed the system! Thank you so very much to Whitcher staff and Andrew!

Jacob our technician was great he ran an exhaust vent for our stove and did a great job. He even cleaned our tankless hot water system ( we did not have that scheduled) while he worked on the vent. I forgot to mention that we thought we were just getting an estimate today but much to our surprise he was able to do the job today which made us very happy! We have had Jacob before and he is always in a good mood and is fun to talk too!

The Whitcher Plumbing & Heating team provided us with a phenomenally professional customer service experience. Just the nicest crew we've ever worked with and incredibly prompt. Our A/C stopped working and they came out same day to troubleshoot. A new system was necessary and the team was able to get it installed very quickly, during the hottest and most humid week so far this year! I want to Thank you for your amazing service I called because we had no heat on New Year eve I was surprised that a person actually answered my call and advised that she would have a technician out today 20 minutes later your Technician knocked on my door he was very pleasant and very accommodating, even offered to put covers over his shoes, which wasn’t necessary, but appreciate the offer. He came down to the basement. Spent a few minutes looking at the furnace. Found the problem with it. Repaired the problem by cleaning. One of the sensors even showed me how to clean it myself for future reference reinstalled the sensor the furnace fired up and is working perfect thank you so much for getting us in and getting our problem taken care of so quickly and had a very reasonable price. Thank you so much. I will always highly recommend Witcher plumbing and heating great job.

We have been Whitcher clients for several years now, and wouldn’t work with anyone else. Today, when I smelled a gas leak I knew who to call, of course. Considering the current cold & freeze snap we’re experiencing and how very busy local furnace businesses must be, I was more than pleasantly surprised that “Heating Jake” was able to come almost immediately. Jake was calm, thorough, identified the leak source, explained the issue and estimated cost, and repaired it expertly. Thank you to Heating Jake and the whole Whitcher family - the Bauman family (including our furry members) are safe and will sleep more soundly tonight.

What a great experience! Carlos was very professional, and he did a fantastic job installing our new garbage disposal. I highly recommend this company!

We had someone out to give us an estimate on replacing our furnace and AC unit and said we would have the estimate in a few days.....that was approximately 6 weeks ago. Despite multiple phone calls, messages left and even spoke to the man again we still do not have an estimate and have not had anyone return our phone calls. All the receptionist can do is apologize and say "i will put another message in."

Customer paid for a maintenance service and a month later the air conditioner stopped working. Now they have to pay for another service because a poor job was done during the maintenance call. Then the technician sabotaged the customer new capacitor voltage sticker To make it difficult for anyone else to change it in the future.

A+I recommend them for any repairs or anything you need there quick honest ,fair pricing.I have been using them for 20 years ..call them first ..thank you so much
