Clay and his team were very professional. They installed new plumbing and rerouted heating along with installing a wireless thermostat. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. All the workers were friendly and cleaned the work area before they left. I would highly recommend them.

Had them install our new central air, Clay and his crew did a great job were here when he said they would be, super friendly cleaned up their mess, answered all my questions, called me back as well. Very reasonable would definitely use for my heating and cooling needs quality service. Thank You Clay and Crew.

Called Optimize for an estimate on replacing the plumbing on my quad-plex. After several weeks I finally got a call back to schedule them to come out to take a look at the job. I was happy that they were willing to come out after 5pm; however, I never received the estimate. Called and text several times to make sure there wasn't a mistake in obtaining my email address but they refused to answer my calls and texts. Very poor customer service. If they were too busy to do the work a call back explaining such would have been nice. Would not recommend.

No one answered on a Thursday at 10 a.m. guess they're not in business anymore.

Friendly service and my parts were cheaper here locally than on Amazon or a the couple other online parts stores I found. I want to buy locally and I was thankful to find them.

This is one of those places that feels like it is only for contractors, but they don't make you feel unwanted when you walk in the door. They are helpful and do their best to help solve whatever problem you are having with your furnace.

I thought I needed some new pressure switches for my furnace, as per the code it was giving off, but instead of just selling me what I asked for they suggested I bring them in so that they could test them for me. Turned out they were good and I actually needed a new fan. They had a few in stock and I was on my way. My heat was on in no time. Thanks again

I found out about Tri-state 12 years ago and I have been a loyal customer since. They have amazing service and quality products! The owner Jason is a gem! Very knowledgeable and a great stock supply. They supplied everything I needed for this 5200sq.ft. home I built and the customer was extremely pleased with the quality of the furnaces, duct work and central air units. Goodman is a great furnace!

They did an awesome job. Of course my AC had issues during a record setting heat wave. They called ahead to see if they could come out earlier. Ahh yes please. It was a relatively easy fix and he was kind enough to show me how to trouble shoot the problem and fix it myself in the future. Highly recommend.
