My heater stopped working at 7:30 pm on a Sunday night after a giant snowstorm with temps in the negatives. I called JPM and someone picked up right away, scheduling me for 10am the following morning. Greg showed up on time, was knowledgeable and honest. He left to get a part, and within an hour my heat was working again. He also made sure nothing else was in need of cleaning or repair before he left. I would highly recommend them if you need any furnace repair.

first off I would like to say that I am an Adrian, MI resident, born and raised. I am extremely satisfied with the service that was provided from Justice Pro Mechanical. Greg and the other gentleman did an outstanding job.I needed my furnace looked at and I was able to get an appointment extremely quick. The person who scheduled my appointment was very friendly. I received a notification when the service guys were en route and were early which was awesome. I was amazed with how friendly they were. Friendly and very professional. They had my furnace up and running within minutes. Fortunately it was an easy fix and the cost was definitely inexpensive. One of the best things is that I witnessed during this repair was the fact that Greg was training somebody I believe and his communication level and respect towards the other worker was outstanding. He explained to him what he was doing in specific detail. This type of training and communication speaks volumes about the integrity and ethics of a business....I URGE YOU to schedule your next appointment with these guys. You won't regret it. We had a quirky situation with our Amana furnace that took many hours of troubleshooting and communication with Amana Tec support acknowledging they have a known problem. Greg worked on the problem finally getting to the root cause and installed the retro kit to remove extra exhaust moisture. It has been running fine once installed. This was all done with the origin service charge. I defiantly recommend them.

I have worked with Greg and JPM for years to keep my furnace running as it was nearly 25 years old. It finally went out while I was out of town for work during a snow storm and negative temperatures. Within 20 hours Greg had his crew there installing a new furnace. Couldn’t be happier with the timely response, professional service, and competitive pricing.

Greg was knowledgeable, kind, and got our boiler going quickly. He charged us a fair price and we will definitely be using Justice going forward. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Justice Pro Mechanical. Thursday night my furnace stopped working. I had absolutely no clue on who to call Friday morning to come fix it. All I know is my house was at 55 degrees and dropping. I'm a southern boy so I was freezing cold. I decided to Give Justice Pro Mechanical a call and they had an appointment that day for a visit. Greg came out to my house and looked at my furnace and med times that I had a switch that seized but he managed to free it up. Asked me if I'd like to order and replace the switch. So just to avoid this from happening again, I went a head and had him order the switch and set up a 10 to 12 appointment on Monday (today) to install the new switch. Time now is 9:45. Greg arrived early, and has already installed the switch, tested it and left.

Again..... I highly recommend Justice Pro Mechanical! Thank you Greg for the quick repair and professionalism.

First, everything was scheduled by text. A modern solution to an age old problem…scheduling the repair. Guys came in, did the work, and left. They respected my space, worked quickly and efficiently, and didn’t overcharge me. I was very happy.

I had a bad gas valve. I deduced this through my own tests but lacked the confidence to acquire then change the part after altering it for propane. That’s too likely to cause big problems if my armchair QB move goes sideways. Call in professionals and let them work. 39 minutes later heat is back on. That’s too likely sort of service is worth the money.

They go above and beyond and have been trusted partners throughout the years. This summer, Jeff showed up to help us replace duct work in an old cottage. The work was urgent and unexpected. He responded quickly, went out of his way to take care of the project and put our hearts at ease knowing the work was done right.

The only reason I'm even leaving this review was because of how selfish and petty this man is. I am immunocompromised and have agoraphobia, as such I am still overly cautious of COVID and getting sick all together, I couldn't even go to my own brother's funeral recently- which I told him. He didn't care because he sees masks as political and not a basic safety net for those who need it. I asked this man to please wear a mask and he refused, 'i don't wear those' he said like he was some kind of Hollywood badass, when in reality he acted like a selfish and petulant child. 'i have a beard' ... So do I? That's not an excuse. He's in MY apartment that I pay too much for telling me I can't feel safe in my own home!? No. If you have any other option and don't have his 'services' forced on you by an apartment complex's exclusivity contract, go ANYWHERE else.
