Our company Adrian Tecumseh Fence Co. contacted Whitcher for some repairs needed to our shop bathroom, they responded quickly and sent Jake Senkewitz out to help us. Jake went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly and even cleaned up the area as he went. He was professional, courteous, and friendly with a really positive, can-do attitude! I used to recommend this company due to past positive experience. But I'm not playing guessing games with my money. If they can't even give me a ballpark starting range for a standard service without a $99 house call, or at least a pricing model (ie per hour/per foot to clear roots), then I'll find someone else to work with.

A+! Excellent! We got a new furnace, AC and hot water heater. Bob came out to quote everything on a Monday and had everything installed on Wednesday! Their financing options are fantastic and they moved quickly to get us up and running! They were our 3rd quote and they were the lowest price for the best furnace and AC out there! Extremely happy with all of their employees, from the first phone call to the installers. Excellent!

This was my first time using Whitcher plumbing & heating. I found it to be a very good all around experience. Lorie’s responsiveness was very helpful with text notifications at every step of the way. The technicians both Joey and Jacob seem to be very knowledgeable, helpful in explaining things and took great care while in my home. I will call on Whitcher heating & plumbing when needed and will also recommend them to others.

The team at Whitcher Heating and plumbing is fantastic. Consumers Power denied my claim to repair my furnace, quoted me a price over 500.00 $ higher during the coldest days that the heat was out. Whitcher had the part in the very next day. Thank you for quality customer service everytime I call!

This company is amazing! I called to have a new water heater installed because ours was still working at 36 years old but the water had become severely rusty even though our iron filter is new and is working properly. The scheduler was able to give us an appointment in less than 24 hours. The technician arrived on time and was pleasant, polite and did an excellent job.

We had a new vanity installed; therefore, we had plumbing services.

Does excellent work. Had him replace a sewer grinder pump and battery back up sump pump system. Great job. Very pleasant.

Our furnace went out just before a nasty winter storm hit. Although they were very busy optimize resolved the issue in very little time and treated us like the only customer they had! Outstanding, quality service!!!

I own and operate a design and home restoration company and Optimize Heating & Plumbing has serviced several of our homes. They are professional, reliable and their work is top quality!

Once we determined the equipment we wanted Clay and his staff came in the morning removed all the old equipment including the water heater and installed new and had it all tested and operating by the end of the day. Old equipment hauled away also and cleaned up.

Twice now they've been able to fit me in same day and get my furnace back in working order. Friendly, professional, quality service.
