Not worth the price... I asked for a move-in sevice and include carbinet and oven inside cleaning. The oven looks really dirty after they cleaned and some of the carbinets in the restroom even have rubbish left. And they claim they swept the floor but obviously a lot of dirty footprints still there. Worst experience ever.

Great experience. Had quick and unexpected move dropped on me and had to have house emptied and cleaned in very tight window. The owner, Josh, was very helpful in meeting my time frame. After the cleaning my realtor was very impressed at the quality and attentiveness that Mary maids showed and at a very fair price. Would highly recommend

I had a horrific experience with this company. I asked this company to clean our home as we were planning a cross-country move. I told the manager that we needed a " move out" cleaning which she seemed to understand over the phone. She informed me that the staff could only come for three hours from 9-12. The staff arrived at my home and were under the impression that we already did some cleaning and that they only needed to focus on the kitchen and bathrooms. This is not what I agreed to with the manager but I went along with it. One young lady, who I thought was nice, spent 2 and half hours cleaning the kitchen. She did NOT sweep or mop the kitchen floor, I had to ask her to clean the refrigerator. In addition she left the kitchen counter sticky upon leaving. In addition, the main floor bathroom was not cleaned. I also had to ask one of the workers to vacuum our living room, which appeared to be too taxing for her. She did a mediocre job, not moving furniture or spending any real time on the carpet.

When I called to complain to the manager she went on to tell me that my house was " so dirty".. well, yeah, that's why I called a cleaning service. She then went on to use terms like, I expected this, this is " typical" I'm not sure what made this typical. She then offered to have her workers come back to clean, but they would need to be paid again.

The manager of this organization was not client oriented whatsoever. Her tone was egregious and at times it felt as though she was making comments about the conditions of my house that had nothing to do with cleaning the house.

I do not recommend this service.

Chloe has been taking care of our place for the past year. She's very thorough, consistent, and friendly. We're very happy with her hard work.

Mercedez, from Merry Maids, came last week and cleaned our house. We have a difficult house to clean and Mercedez did an outstanding job! I would very much recommend this house cleaner.

Merry Maids is extremely thorough and reliable, at a very reasonable price. This service has taken a huge load off of my husband and me. We appreciate that the same wonderful woman (Linda) almost always cleans our home-- on the rare occasion that Linda is away, an alternative person is automatically scheduled by Merry Maids. Linda always leaves a cheerful note summarizing the work she's done. It's so nice to have a sparkling clean house to come home to.

It was an excellent experience. Merry Maids was on time, did everything I asked and left me a nice note thanking me for being a customer. All the mirrors shined, my appliances were clean, the dust was gone and it all smelled good. Carpets were vacuumed well and the kitchen floor was clean and not sticky like someone else left it. Scheduling was easy and they were great to talk to on the phone.

Merry Maids of Ann Arbor did a great job cleaning our condo. They were friendly, thorough, and finished the job in only 2 hours.

Mersedez - Very nice thorough young woman. Got down to the task and worked non-stop. All hard shiny surfaces are bright. All carpers are vacuumed, bathrooms clean. I'm quite pleased.

Josh and his team have always consistently showed up and provided fantastic service for my home in Saline. My family and I always look forward to our bi-weekly house cleaning because a clean house is a so much more relaxing place to be.

I am managing the clean up of my condo for sale from out of state. Josh and his team cleaned up beautifully after the movers and went above and beyond with little things that I couldn't get to. It was like working with a friend. Many Blessings!

All of the cleaners are friendly and respectful. Most do an excellent job cleaning. Josh in the office is great with scheduling and any other requests, he’s always accommodating and understanding. Overall a good experience.

Very bad experience! They cancelled my appointment on the same day, and they did not even bother notifying me. I waited at home until the scheduled time, and no one showed up. I made several tries to get the phone call through and was only told that the appointment was cancelled. I had to scramble to find another company in the last time!

We have been customers of Merry Maids for over 20 years. We have them clean our home every other week. We have been very happy with the service they provide us, and we especially like the little details that they do, such as making sure they clean under the rim of the toilets and making our beds exactly the way we ask them to. We also appreciate the reliability with the team arriving when they promise they will. Office staff is easy to talk to, and they always respond quickly to any minor concern we may have.

We had such a great experience with Merry Maids for our “move out clean”. Our home looked brand new and just like it did when we first moved in 6 years ago. We couldn’t be happier!

I recently used this Merry Maids location for a deep clean before selling house. They were extremely responsive, very thorough and overall did a fantastic job. Their pricing is competitive but you really get your money's worth. I will be using them for regular cleaning once we get settled in new place. I highly recommend them, talk to Sheila, she will take good care of you.

Mercedez is simply excellent. It is a pleasure to have her in my house. She remembers exactly how I like things done and without asking, she gets it done that way. Since I am disabled, I am right here while she is cleaning, so she works around me without a problem. The house is so clean after she is here! Great to talk to, happy and friendly, great sense of humor. Please send her back!
