Mercedes does an awesome job cleaning our home. She is kind and professional, and she is very thorough in her work. It's wonderful to enjoy a sparkling clean house after she's done!

Merry Maids has been cleaning my home biweekly since last summer, and I feel very grateful to have found them and set up the service! They are easy to communicate with and the cleaners do a wonderful job!

It's such a nice feeling to come home to a space freshly cleaned by Mercedez, and the regularity of the service for me really helps my mental health.

It's also nice to not have to worry about providing cleaning supplies or anything if you don't want to - they bring everything needed (and definitely know more about what works well than I do), which is a relief for me and not something every cleaning service in the area seemed to offer.

I can definitely recommend Merry Maids!

Bella at Merry Maids of Ann Arbor did a fantastic job! 4 hours and my house is spotless. Dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen...i dont know how she got the mirrors and countertops so they look brand new but so happy!!

Lily stops by every other week and does an incredible job. It is comforting to see a familiar face, one that I know and trust. After our last appointment, our apartment was cleaner than it was when we first moved in. Incredible work, timely, reasonable rates, and the best people.

I was really pleased with the service and communication from Merry Maids. Josh was quick to send me a message to communicate regarding my needs and scheduling the service. The young ladies that came in were quick, efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend Merry Maids for your cleaning needs!

Chloe was fantastic! She cleaned my father's condo in preparation for sale. The condo hadn't been deep cleaned in ages but she made it sparkle! I would highly recommend Chloe and Merry Maids!

I've had a great experience with Merry Maids Ann Arbor. We moved last year and needed a new cleaning service, and Merry Maids delivered. Chloe is fantastic - she comes in every other week, and does a thorough job going through the house. She goes above and beyond by helping take out trash and recycling, and always asks if we need anything in particular and the order of cleaning when she comes in. We get great value, and haven't had any complaints.

We just moved to Ann Arbor and were overwhelmed by cleaning our new, larger home! Chloe and Vivian came in to save the day! Efficient but thorough, they tackled every inch of the house so that it felt fresh and sparkling. Huge bonus, they were so sweet to my elderly dog. Setting up the regular cleaning schedule was also a breeze, thanks to Josh.

Lily and Mercedes took pride in their work- Josh also came over and gave some elbow grease too.
Hard work - washing walls, cleaning appliances, filthy floors and trim- the mirrors, doors, light switches and door knobs- our fans- benefited by this team! And so much more- really they left and our home was spic and span!
They were professional, good listeners and I would recommend and call them again in a pinch- they were amazing and we are so happy!

My family and I wish we could give Bella 10 plus stars. Bella did an amazing job providing an emergency deep cleaning to my aunt’s home. She passed and we need the home cleaned to prepare for visitors. Thank you Bella. We will definitely be using you in the future.

Great service! Both women who came over to clean my house were kind, friendly, and very thorough and cleaning my house. I have almost no dust left on any surfaces, my floors are super clean, and every nook and cranny seems to sparkle. I've never hired a professional cleaner before, but I was very impressed. :)

Merry Maids was GREAT to work with! Josh handled our schedule and the 3 women who came to clean were real pros.

We were moving out of our old farmhouse after 12 years there was a LOT of dirt and grime (Im not the greatest housekeeper 😜) They cleaned the oven and refrigerator so the looked like new. The entire house was spic and span and ready for our buyers to move right in!

I have never employed a house cleaning service before. Thanks to the largess of my daughter, who gifted me this bi-monthly service, I had my first “ deep cleaning” yesterday. I couldn’t be more pleased with Merceded & Merry Maids.

Merry Maids is an excellent home cleaning service. We were so glad when we switched to them. The young women who do the cleaning are professional and care about their clients' satisfaction, which means they are responsive to our comments about parts of the house that need more attention and other suggestions we might make for improvement. Josh, who runs the service, is also very responsive, and passes on any comments we might have made to the cleaning teams. A+

With some big life changes—more work travel and caring for our sweet senior dog—keeping up with the house had started to fall to the wayside. We called around looking for help, and Merry Maids stood out immediately. Chloe was incredibly friendly when we first inquired, and their pricing was more reasonable than anywhere else we contacted.

Yesterday was our first cleaning, and Brooke was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and got right to work. My old man (our dog) can be a bit boisterous when someone new comes into the house, and she handled his “loud old man energy” with so much patience and ease.

Brooke did a fantastic job—our home looks and feels refreshed in a way I didn’t realize I needed. Waking up this morning to a clean, cared-for house lifted a weight off my shoulders I didn’t even know I was carrying.

I hired Merry Maids to clean my elderly mother’s house when she could no longer do it herself. I live on the West Coast, and it was important for me to feel like my mom and her environment were being taken care of when I couldn’t be there to clean for her. For the past year, Bella has done an excellent job keeping my mom’s house clean. My mom always expressed how wonderful a job she did, how hard she worked, and also how kind and personable Bella was. She said they often talked about their cats, which was close to my mom’s heart.

Recently, my mom passed away. Bella came for one last clean, and she brought flowers, which was so sweet. Merry Maids also sent flowers to my mom’s memorial service, which was truly thoughtful and lovely of them. I was very touched when I saw them. I want to express my gratitude to the company, not just for doing a great job, but also for being kind and thoughtful people. Thank you so much.
