Forest Grove/urban logger did a great job. Arrived when he said he would. Chris cleaned up the yard and drive when he was finished and the job was reasonably priced. Great job! I recommend him highly.

We had a clogged shower drain that turned out to be a clogged pipe. Affordable Plumbing diagnosed the issue in literally seconds and could replace it after getting a few parts.

The service tech Derik was amazing! He covered our washer and dryer, replaced the pipe, and moved everything back into place after cleaning up. He truly went above and beyond what I've typically experienced in other contractors.

I'll be calling them again if I ever have a plumbing related issue.

Had them come out to clear out my drains from the house to the street approximately 180ft from house to street. They came out last week Thursday or Friday and just before starting, their equipment broke. Now that's not the issue I have with them, the issue was they stated that they would be out over the weekend to start work and they called again Saturday and said that their equipment was still down and should have something lined for Monday. Well they called and now stated that they will not be able to do anything. This is after being told for a number of days that they will.
I am not happy with this company and they lied to my face about about being able to get us fixed and my pipe cleaned out.

-On 09/19/22 our basement flooded from sewer line back-up.

-On 09/20/22 Affordable Plumbing came out, cleared a blockage and noted that the cable repeatedly got caught up in the same spot which suggested a possible ‘pipe break’ according to the Plumer. We were told the only way to know with certainty was to scope it with a camera; this service was not presented as an option for us at the time. We also had to supply materials for the Plumber’s clean up.

-On 10/02/22 another back-up of water occurred into our basement. We called Affordable Plumbing again, asking them to scope the pipe and clear any remaining. We figured they were familiar with the situation and would come prepared.

-On 10/04/22 Affordable Plumbing came out and quickly declared they did not have the proper camera and would need to come back. It was asked that a locator was also brought so that if there was a pipe-break we could understand if it is a city-issue or an us-issue. We verbally agreed to 10/07/22 at 9:30a with an official ‘arrival window’ of 9-11am. I was asked to pay in advance for the service (I regrettably did so).

-On 10/07/22, Affordable Plumbing arrives at 1p, 3.5 hours past the agreed time and 2 hours past the contracted service window. Upon finally arriving the Plumber walks in to our house without being let in, does NOT apologize for being late (in fact, didn’t address it at all), scopes our pipe, identifies a pipe break (and does at least show us the live image of it), then proceeds to say that he cannot locate the break today as he did have a locator citing that not everyone wants that done (despite that we specifically asked for it at the previous visit). Because this involved an insurance claim, I asked him to please send us a report and video of what was found as to forward that to the Insurance company for consideration. He stated that we get that information to us on Monday 10/10/22. Again, we needed to provide him with materials for any clean-up.

-As of 11/08/22 still no follow-up from Affordable Plumbing and probably for the best.

(PS on 10/10/22 we connected with a different Plumber and have been grateful for the competent professionalism that we have encountered since.)

In short Affordable Plumbing has either become incompetent or appeared to want to ‘nickel & dime’ us for service visits; regardless, we shredded their contact info and will not be using them again.

Had an emergency plumbing issue, and they were able to get a technician out within the hour. Technician, Jim, was very friendly and professional. Even took his shoes off when coming inside, which means a lot to some. Pricing was a little higher than expected, but the work done was great! For any future plumbing issues, I will be calling this company.

Robert and Russ were a life saver! I had the worst plumbing issues going on and they were able to help me out and were so professional and helpful! Great guys to work with!

Great experience from everyone at Affordable Plumbing. The office staff returned my phone calls promptly and were able to get a plumber to my house right away. The plumber did a great job at connecting my hot water heater and the price was very reasonable.

Clogged bathroom sink 10 min of work $190.00 this is not affordable plumbing. The guy did not tell me the price until after the job was done. There is a $49 service call fee that was already applied. I did not expect to pay top dollar. I needed additional work done and thankfully found an affordable alternative. Not a happy customer.

Had an emergency plumbing issue and only one bathroom. Called one company and they wouldn't be able to come out until 3 days later. They were able to come and fix it the same day! The service tech, Tate, was professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

Would not hire again. Not only are they not affordable (they charged $330 for a half hour job), but they did not even fix the leak in our shower the first time. They said that they tested the shower after they "fixed" the issue and said it was good to go. Yet when I tested it later that day the pipes were still leaking. I called about the issue and they did come back the same day, which would have been reason to give two stars instead of one if not for what happened next. They admitted that they tried to do it the quick and cheap way the first time instead of the right way (again... $330 for that?). After they were done fixing the issue again they left in a hurry. I tested the shower AND IT WAS STILL LEAKING. Thankfully this time it was just one of the new fittings they installed that just needed to be tightened more so I did that myself (thanks for making me finish your job guys). Plus, I'm not left with a hole in my wall that they said they would install an access panel in but no, they just left the hole and told me to install the panel myself.

Don't get fooled by the name. These guys aren't "affordable" and aren't honest in the way they do business.

Kirk was super flexible with making an appointment that worked for my schedule, fast and efficient, and very courteous. When it turned out that my problem was not something in his wheelhouse, he arranged to have that particular professional come to my house to address the issue.

Jim C. was very personable, knowledge and efficient. He arrived early and had my shower fixed quickly. Great service at a fair price. This is my 3rd experience with Affordable Plumbing and all have been great.

Called Dec. 22 for a leaking overflow pipe on a hot water heater. The lady who answered the phone told me there is a $99 service fee that would be applied to the cost of the repair. I asked what their hourly rate was & she told me it was a flat rate & depended on the problem. I reiterated that it was $99 & to be applied. She said yes. WRONG! Was instantly told by the plumber that came that it was $575 because it was an emergency on a holiday weekend! He literally was there less than a half hour! The lady outright lied to me! I will never support a business that lies! Horrible, 2 days before Christmas! Karma will pay you back!

These guys replaced the plumbing in my house last year. We're currently remodeling and needing to add additional plumbing. Our contractor, whom we've known for 40 years said that none of what Affordable plumbing did was up to code, it was all too small and they had primed several pieces and didn't glue them. They also dripped purple primer all over my basement and appliances, which I was willing to overlook until I found out they did NOT install the proper size pipes and installed the wrong pipes incorrectly. I'll remove this review when I see a check in the mail for $5,000.

Response update. It was $4,500 not $2,500. It was not leaking all over. You don't replace small pipes from the 60s with PVC that doesn't meet code. You did a shoddy job and and violated code and that is a fact.

Affordable Plumbing provided me last-minute support for a as dryer installation. Taylor G. was very professional and got straight to installing my dryer without having issues on my gas line as my other plumber was not able to do so.

I called Affordable Plumbing when I had a leak in my water pipes. They responded quickly and fixed the problem. More recently, I called them to install a new kitchen sink. I find them to be both reliable and skilled. I was given an appointment quickly and I'm extremely happy with the results. I like having a plumber I can trust.

We reached out for a quote on a new water heater and some miscellaneous plumbing work. Got charged $300 for a diagnostic fee (not discussed), and then they never followed back up with the quote. When I reached back out, the general response was "What did you need again?"

Edit: Love their response! They called me at 10am and I said I had to work but would call back later. Apparently that is not wanting to talk. They did offer my diagnostic fee back which I appreciate.
