The tech (Richard) came into my house moving my things around without permission or asking me to move anyhting. Then he broke my property and had a terrible dismisive attitude on top of saying that our issue with him doing so was "insignificant". The company has yet to reach out and also said the the enivronment was too "hostile" to send another technician out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service!

I had an ongoing leak in my bathroom for off and on over a month. Two different companies were at my property during that time. The issue was never resolved until Rightway came out! They were very professional, in and out and I haven’t had an issue since! Highly recommended.

I called the company to get an estimate on snaking a toilet. I was very clear on the phone that I lived on a crawl space ,there is no outside access line, and that the toilet needed to be pulled up in order for it to be snaked. TO PULL UP A TOILET I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 400.00. Seriously? I found a company that came and pulled up and snaked my toilet for 125.00 out the door! This company is a rip off!

Initial experience was good! However, on a second job I inquired about (hot water heater replacement) not responsive. I was very disappointed. I really thought I found a great company.

The technician reported to the warranty company that they performed an attempted repair. They claimed they replaced a washer. I didn't stand over him as he performed the inspection/repair but he was onsite for about 10 minutes. Then he told me the faucet couldn't be repaired because it was too corroded and that we would need a new sink...not that the faucet should be replaced. He may have been right, I'm not a plumber...but I asked another plumber who said that there's way to get those faucets off safely without damaging the sink.

Right way Plumbing was a godsend. Young man came in and was thoroughly knowledgeable of the situation that I had here in My Home. Took care of it cleaned up and was gone within an hour. Thank you so much. God bless you.

Used them twice for two separate jobs. Love their quality of work. Appreciate, their promptness and clear communications.

Finally able to get a plumber to stay ans complete the job!!! Plumber worked for several hours until the issue was resolved. I. Have been trying to get the issue fixed since November 2022. Previous company didn't completely fix the issue then refused to come back after being paid. Very pleased!!

He unfortunately was not able to fix my shower because the home warranty would not cover the needed work. He was able to fix the hot water leak on my sink and also advised me how to fix another issue I was having with Kitchen Faucet ( home warranty does not cover water pressure ). E'bony was very friendly and professional.

This was a wonderful, smooth experience from start to finish. I got an answer by a professional and courteous person on the first call, and it was easy to schedule a suitable date and time. I promptly got email and text confirmation of the project and estimated arrival time window.

The tech called when he was 15 minutes away and when he arrived, he had the company name, RIGHTWAY Plumbing, on his outfit. The tech was pleasant and professional - I did not feel uncomfortable in any way, including them not being overly friendly.

To begin with, the tech informed me he would assess the situation and let me know all options. After the assessment, he reviewed things with me seeking my choice of the presented options, considering prices and level of durability desired.

The tech showed me the parts before he removed them and what it looked like after the repair/install but before the covering was replaced.

Please do not do business with these guys! The worst experience I've had with a plumbing company. Our plumber Richard yelled at my family, got aggressive by throwing his tools on the ground, he damaged a pipe which caused a bigger leak, and this is how he left the condition of my kitchen. I will not recommend their business to any of my family and friends. We were definitely fearful of his behavior. Please do not give them your business.
