I've had Birmingham Plumbing & Heating for many years for my plumbing needs and have always been very pleased with their good work & responsiveness. I have had a number of different workers and they have all been great. When I finally needed a new furnace, AC & water heater I knew immediately who I wanted to get it from. The installation went very smoothly and again I am impressed with the people that came out to do the work. For me it is having peace of mind that if I have heating, air, water heater or plumbing problems I have one company to call that I can count on and who always does good work.

Birmingham Heating and Cooling did an incredible job from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done right the first time. Our system runs better than ever, and the difference in comfort is noticeable. It’s rare to find a company that truly values customer satisfaction the way they do. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, honest HVAC service!

Jackie did a through and professional job repairing first a small leak in a water pipe to the. boiler and then general needed maintenance as requested -very personable and polite asking along the way about what it is that I wanted and answering all of my questions -incidentally had had another company out initially telling them it was a boiler issue - they showed up and said they had no idea what to do ...and charged half then the service call price - sigh - Jackie was competent

Our water heater erupted and left 40 gallons of water in our basement. That same day I called Birmingham Heating & Cooling for an estimate. Their cost was a little less than the other 2 I received. They sent someone out the same day. They delivered a highly rated water heater, installed it and took away the old water heater. The installer saw how old our hot and cold copper pipes were and replaced them at no extra charge. The installers were very respectful, answered all our questions and left the area around the water heater cleaner than it was when they arrived.
I am very satisfied with Birmingham Heating and Cooling and will contact them again if I need their services.

Kudos to Birmingham Plumbing Heating & Cooling. As a first time customer, I contacted the company when the thermostat controlling my heat and AC ceased to work. The serviceman arrived within 2 hours and installed a new part at what I believe was a reasonable price. Because of the cold weather I appreciated so the promptness of the response and the professionalism of the service technician, Jackie, who also advised me about all of the company's various services.

Picture this...you spend roughly the GDP of a small nation renovating your basement only for .... literally... the day after you put the last piece of furniture in, you suddenly have poo water coming out of the floor drain threatening to ruin your brand new floor! Once the panic settles you think...who can possibly save me!? BIRMINGHAM PLUMBING to the rescue! Their guy was on site within the HOUR! He got to work and made sure everything was immediately under control. He explained what is happening, how it happened and most importantly he FIX IT and save the day! After he was done, he walk us through possible causes and how to avoid it in the future. He made sure I new someone was on call if there was another issue. Ron the service technician was super knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was as good as it could be considering to poo water on my floor! I would highly recommend Birmingham plumbing.

We had somewhat of an emergency. Our kitchen faucet would not turn off after attempting to fix a drip. BPHC sent out a repair person within a hour or so. He stopped the running water, repaired the very old turn on/ off valves , rearranged some of the plumbing, and installed a new updated faucet. It's all working great now !

Ever since I stumbled on this company for my elderly mother (I’m in Tennessee) it’s been nothing but positive experiences. These people are a class act. Always going above and beyond for my mom. Prompt, friendly, kind, courteous. They always keep you informed of appointments and which technicians are coming. The last technician was Greg and mom says he was amazing. Thank you Birmingham Plumbing for taking care of my mom and making me feel comfortable any time you come. Plumbing is important business. Always go with a professional reputable company ♥️

We highly recommend Birmingham Plumbing and Heating and excellent technicians Jackie and Sean.
Our issue was frozen and burst pipes not allowing the water to flow through to the baseboards, and our equipment isn’t exactly new so it took a lot of problem solving.
Jackie and Shawn had our heat working by end of the day, and we thank them for their efficient service and repair and for getting our heat running during this arctic weather.

Even though I’m saying heating system repair it’s not, I had gas leaks in 4 places on my pipes, 2 the gas company considered major so my gas was shut off. Before this happened I had just seen a commercial for this company and gave them a call. Was explained the cost of service call and paperless way they work. Super hero Brady and his side kick Magic Mike did an excellent job and clean up. Before and after pics are shown, except for the outside spigot. (No before pic) I’ve had no shows from plumbing co. In my area that I’d made appointments with, so I REALLY appreciate this company and not forgetting Reyna and Kendall who were part of a pleasant experience in money well spent that I didn’t want to part with.
P.S. Gas company rep who came to turn gas back on even said “They did a good job “
