Cant say enough about Right Way Plumbing as they surely didn't disappoint! Made an appointment on Mon. for Tuesday. Got confirmation text and email . Then got a courtesy call from E'bony 30 minutes prior to arrival. After only 8 minutes my problem was diagnosed, quoted a price, and finished in less than 25 minutes! Will definitely use Right Way in the future and definitely recommend them to others as well!

Great Service, explained what needed to be done to correct the problem. Arrived on time and was able to complete the job within a few hours. Was able to address additional issues that presented on the spot. I will be contacting them for any plumbing issues that I may have in the future.

I appreciate the fact that he was able to come same day, and fairly quickly (Within an hour and a half) but I was shocked that he charged me $250 just for a storm drain snake out. I've never been charged that much. He didnt sanitize it, change any pipes or even have to do any major work. They just wanted a quick dollar because I was in an emergency situation. And its crazy because I had at least 20 other people to refer to him, but I'll go elsewhere next time.

I have really enjoyed working with this company and Nick in particular. He shows up on time, cleans up and the pricing is very fair. I will be using you guys for all my plumbing needs going forward!

Can I give 6 stars? The technician that came to my home (Matt McCloud) was excellent! Within an hour he was at our door with a new water heater. He worked quickly and left NO mess. Matt explained exactly what he found was broke with the old heater. He talked to me professionally and no jibber jabber. What a great guy you have working for your company.

Birmingham Plumbing H&C were great! They diagnosed our problem and gave us several options on what we needed to do. We appreciated the thoroughness and professionalism!

Our service technician, Brandon B. exceeded my expectations. Everything was fixed fast and efficiently. He has excellent people skills and knowledge of his craft. Birmingham Plumbing is lucky to have him on board! We will definitely be using your company for future needs.

I was very pleased to be able to get my water heater replaced less than 24 hours after I called. I have always appreciated the courtesy and efficiency of the staff whenever I have had any need arise. The service technicians are always prompt, pleasant and efficient at performing their work and leave the work site as clean as or cleaner than when they started. I value the service experience and will be a long term customer.

Just dealt with Birmingham Heating and cooling. Top notch company. Dealing with Lisa, Jake and Scott was great. Lisa for scheduling was outstanding. Could reach her easily for any questions. Jake and Scott were great in finding the problem and taking care of it. Again, thanks so much. Jim!

Birmingham sent out Greg to find a leak around my kitchen sink. He was On Time and cost was reasonable. He determined that it was coming from the dishwasher door which I didn't expect from a Bosch that was less than a year in service. He doubled checked all connections and verified them and proved his diagnosis. Greg knew a lot and was SUPER and I will call again and ask specifically for him!

Reliable and good technology-driven customer experience as you can see in other reviews. But the days of the trades people gouging the consumer on fees have arrived, and Birmingham Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is leading the charge. I have been using them for years for both our house and for our rental property. Now, to get them to even show up, it costs $100. That apparently doesn't even include the diagnostic anymore! Case in point: I just paid them $300 earlier this week to tell me that I need a new thermostat. This was for what was essentially a 15 minute visit. Mind you, a thermostat wasn't even replaced. That would have been $550 (thermostat not included).

Earlier this year, there was a clogged toilet. Paid them $500 to snake it. Didn't fix the problem and had to call them again the week after. Do they just come and make it right? No. Still need to pay for the service again. So I just went and bought a power snake for $100 from Harbor Freight and fixed the clog myself. This time, it's working perfectly.

I'll admit - their people are experienced and know what they're doing - for the most part - but the cost of service is just getting astronomical. I've given them thousands of dollars of my patronage but I'm likely going to need to find someone else who is more reasonable.

We have had Birmingham Plumbing Heating & Cooling out several times and always have a great experience from setting up the initial appointment up until the technician leaves. They are always very thorough and trustworthy in getting the work done and we could not recommend enough. We've had Birmingham do everything from AC work to installing a sump pump and they are always honest and up front with pricing and solutions to fix any issues we've had.

Fantastic service. I had them give me a second opinion after another company told me I needed a new furnace. Bham came out and replaced a $15 part and told me the furnace had a good 7-10 years on it. They don’t work on commission, and are incredibly professional.

So appreciative of service technician Jackie Gaiters! He has been to our house multiple times and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our HVAC is functioning well and all our questions are answered. He has also helped us troubleshoot several issues and worked to get them quickly and fully taken care of. Employees like Mr. Gaiters is a main reason why we keep coming back to Birmingham Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.

I was trying to get a bathroom ceiling fan replaced. After initial visit, the electrician quoted me $789. Ok … I really needed a new fan. Three visits and two fans (ordered from Home Depot) later …. still no new fan. My son happened to be home the day of the third visit and got on HIS phone to look for a solution. He found it …. a $30 replacement motor from Amazon was ordered. When the motor came in it turns out it was almost plug and play to install. When I called the office (as agreed) to let them know the part was in there was a note to my file that Manager Colleen wanted to talk with me. Hmm … did she want to apologize for all the confusion, inaccurate part orders, delay in installation of a simple ceiling fan? Nope …. turns out while Colleen was talking over my attempt to explain why I was calling she was really trying to say they weren’t coming back. No problem Colleen ….. as I tried to explain …. your theoretical customer figured out the problem, ordered the right part, and had it installed without your help thus saving over $750. The red, white, and blue truck faithfully showed up but hadn’t a clue how to “save the day.” What is REALLY irritating is that before I even tried to book an appointment I asked whether this is something you do or don’t do. I do not wish to waste your time or mine on a fools mission. After a convo with the technician it became clear that my job was a “filler” job in between the big jobs. I’m guessing that is why my initial quote was nearly $800.

This is a review in my late husbands Google name but I just had service from Birmingham heating and Jackie was my technician. He was so patient and worked thru my issue till it was resolved.i had called for my first routine maintenance check. Turns out my furnace had a problem I was not aware of.
Jackie diagnosed and repaired it. He took a lot of time.
I would highly recommend Birmingham heating and cooling.

I have been using them for all HVAC and plumbing issues since 2022. In 4 years, across at least 5 different technicians, I have not had a single instance of someone having to come back out and fix their work. You get what you pay for with them. They are my go-to recommendation for friends and family in the SE MI area for HVAC and plumbing services.

Entire process from first call to completion of service only took 2 days and was easy and reliable. Service from every staff member was excellent. Technician was clearly knowledgeable and very experienced, he kept me well-informed, and he was courteous and professional. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them.

Brian fixed a gas valve leading into our furnace. Everything was fine so he left. After an hour the temperature had not continued to climb as it should on a thermostat.
He came back, no charge and found the temperature coming out of the furnace was to hot, signaling the fan to turn on. He lowered the temp inside the furnace. The filter was also changed so air could move through more freely. He inspected the vents, the exhaust outside, and cleaned a furnace component that was dirty.
So far, no more problems. Other Furnace Companies have come out and charged a service call but nothing was ever fixed or properly inspected.
    Thank you again Brian.

Prompt and friendly service. Determined the issue with my furnace and recommended the required repair as well as tips for maintaining integrity of unit.
They previously assisted with replacement of my hot water tank. They are reliable, efficient and I will definitely use them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I had a leak in my basement and Nick came on the day he came home from vacation and two days before Christmas. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a short amount of time. He even cleaned out my sump pump for me. This is the second time I have used Nick and both times have exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call him again for whatever comes next!
