Harder & Warner has been nothing short of amazing to work with. We have them handle all of our landscape needs and have worked with them for a number of years now. We have been extremely happy, not only with the outcome of the projects but also with their professionalism and the knowledge they have on how things should be done and what should be planted. Brandon has actually become a friend of mine over the time that we have worked together and I would highly recommend Harder & Warner for any landscape needs large or small. Side note: our backyard actually won an award from the Association of Grand Rapids Landscape Professionals in 2022

Bought a beautiful river birch and two lovely witch hazel shrubs. The purchase was easy. Though the price for installation nearly doubled my purchase price it was worth it in the end.The delivery was timely. The install was exactly as planned. Communication was good throughout. The workers were super nice, tidy and thorough. I am sooo happy and so are my new trees! Highly recommend H&W.

Every plant, tree or shrub I have bought from here has died and they don’t honor the warranty. You pay double so you think the items you purchase would be good quality. My kids would take me here on Mother’s Day every year because we live in Caledonia. After the 4th year and the Japanese Maple also dying, we now go to Flowerland. Everything from there is doing great. We recently ordered a couple yards of pea gravel. Called there in the morning of the delivery day to see when it would be delivered so I could take my dad out for breakfast but still be home before delivery. They told me it would not be until after 11am. They delivered it over an hour earlier. When I called, they didn’t care. I guess I am too small potatoes to them. I will never get anything from here again. I prefer to take my business where the small customers matter.

After writing about my experiences above, I received a phone call from the owner and she was truly sorry for how we were treated and she made it right. She was very pleasant to talk to and went above and beyond to make things perfect for my son’s memorial garden. I appreciate her reaching out and providing the remaining mulch. You can tell SHE really cares about her customers.

Went here today to purchase a “coral bell” berry plant! What a great experience. I spoke with a lot of staff and would love to say thank you! They are the best! Customer service was kind, informational and so friendly! Definitely will be back!!

We purchased a historical home in Holland. Needless to say, it needed a great deal of tlc outside.

Brandon was responsive, professional, and had fantastic ideas for teh layout of the new landscaping. He was prompt in creating a drawing, spent many hours with my wife and I picking out plants, flowers, stones and lights for the extensive project to come. They did not disappoint.

The crews worked so hard, in brutal heat and one of the worst droughts Holland has seen. They never strayed from the original design, even when our 130 year old home decided to play by its own rules.

The finished product is stunning and more importantly, time period specific. We couldn't be happier.

We will continue to only use H&W. We have already referred them to multiple neighbors. The amount of compliments from people walking by as well as the appreciation from The Historical Society are only a few of the accolades they have received from their efforts.

I have used Grass Cutters for many years and have always been very happy with there service. There employees are alway nice and courteous.
