We made agreement. Paid him cash,plus to trim another tree. The second tree was not done as we agreed. When I got out of the hospital. Landscaper could not cut grass, because of all the tree branches. Then he left huge ruts in the yard. Were I live I'm watching tree service blowing side walks. Raking the yard. I asked him he was the cheapest which he was not. I'm to old have cancer . Going in for heart surgery which he knew. .you fault for paying him in cash. Asked him to right up a invoice no return calls. So.eone taking advantage of senoior.

I started using Cleaning by Jen over 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my first baby. I thought that I was just going to use them for a few months. However they did such an amazing job that my husband and I both agreed we wanted to continue using their services. We love their attention to detail and their employees are always so kind and wonderful. Two houses and three babies later, and we still love them. Cleaning by Jen was in my home for the first time today and they exceeded my expectations! The house looked (and smelled) absolutely amazing! I love the option of using my own supplies or theirs and the fact I can add on services as needed. I came home from work a little early and had the pleasure of meeting the super sweet ladies that were nothing short of professional. Looking forward to my bi-weekly cleanings with Cleaning by Jen!

Cleaning by Jen is always thorough, professional, communicative and friendly. It feels like the best of both worlds- local business (not a national, impersonal chain) with friendly workers but also big enough that they never have to reschedule or not come due to one person being out.

We have used Cleaning By Jen for 3 years and have been very happy with their service! We have used their deep clean service as well as regular cleanings. They do a great job and any time there's an issue, they are quick to correct it.

We could not be happier with Cleaning by Jen. They do a wonderful job on our house and are always on time, friendly and professional. I love coming home from work to my extremely clean house on the days that they have been here.

We had our bathroom tiles cleaned and grout sealant applied …they did an excellent job! The tiles and grout look new again.
We then had the wood floor in our Foyer screened and a new polyurethane applied..After several years it was in definite need of attention. We are extremely pleased how the floor looks now! Refreshed! We highly recommend Cleaning by Jen for any type of cleaning needs… Doug and Paulette

Have been using Cleaning by Jen for 2 years now and would recommend their service! The management is super responsive to schedule changes or feedback and responds over text and email. Have been comfortable with the crew entering when I’m not home as well. One Christmas, mud was tracked everywhere in my home and they were able to get someone out here the next day to clean the floors and remove the stains. So grateful!
