Found CBJ through my chamber and also heard great things about them from others. I’ve even seen the cars on the road on my way to work. They were the first to come to mind when I wanted to get my new house deep cleaned before I moved in. Very satisfied with the final results. Great staff, very friendly, and reasonably priced. The group was present for maybe a few hours at most and before I knew it they finished. Definitely would recommend them to others and use them again in the future when needed.

What a scam. 300$ for two people to be at our house for two hours. When we initially signed up we were told they would be there for half the day. When they arrived, the teenager they had working didn't bother to clean the bathroom shower tiles or dust the lights in our one bathroom they were to clean. Just so disappointing- and when we complained to management - they didn't care or try to make it right at all. My recommendation is to not waste your time and money; if they don't want to make a good impression with first time customers I don't even want to think about how they are scamming the retirees that regularly need help cleaning their house.

I worked with cleaning by Jen after my former housekeeper moved. My initial impression was that the prices were quite high but based on the list of services they’d cover it seemed they’d be thorough. I paid nearly $500 for their “initial deep clean” which was meant to “get the home up to their standards”. I really didn’t visibly notice my house being any cleaner than the standard clean I paid for weekly but understood deep cleans can sometimes be less visible and more in the hard to see places. I continued services for a few weeks. My husband would even come home and say “I thought the cleaning ladies came today” because it wasn’t evident the house was clean. It was then I decided it was time to move on. The biweekly service was far more expensive than I was paying previously and the final outcome was far lower quality. When I voiced my concerns and requested cancellation I was told that I was required to have them come for the next clean as it was less than 14 days notice. I communicated exactly what areas I was dissatisfied with. I assumed that on their last visit they would be more thorough and at least be sure to tend to the areas I raised concerns about. They did not. I emailed the office photos showing my floors were visibly dirty upon the team leaving (they don’t announce they’re leaving they just slip out so I didn’t have a chance to bring it up while they were here) and rather than addressing my concern they just confirmed it would be their last clean and they’re sorry I wasn’t satisfied.

I have already hired a new company who knew it was Cleaning by Jen who had been here before based on the job done and that I’m the 4th client she’s taken on recently who had similar complaints.

I only wanted the kitchen and 2 bathrooms cleaned and don't mind paying $ 250- $300 for a service if done right! I called them Monday about the issue in the bathroom and they came right out the same day and took care of the problem . But yesterday when I took a go look at the stove the inside the racks still need to be cleaned and there cob web underneath the over range. So I'm still cleaning. I ask for money off my bill and I got a $10 credit. So at the end of the day the day I don't feel like this saved me any time!

Wow! I was dazzled by the wonderful DEEP CLEAN of my condo. They were fine working around my cat and small dog, and most importantly they EXCEEDED my expectations in deep cleaning. I highly recommend this business!!!

The staff were each very kind and helpful. When I was making the appointment they were quick to communicate but not pushing me into anything. The rate was very reasonable for the amount of work. The work was very well done. We had taken some walls down at our new church building, and there was drywall dust everywhere. After the good work done by Cleaning by Jen, the carpet looked and smelled as good as new! The pictures show the “before” and “after.”
