I have been with Clearning by Jen since 2021. They come bi-weekly for a standard cleaning. I find the girls to be professional and the staff easy to work with. I very rarely need to call about something missed but when I do they always offer to come back. I would recommend Cleaning by Jen.

We’ve used Cleaning by Jen for years in two homes now for maintenance cleans as well as a moving clean when we sold our home. They are always easy to work with and leave our house sparkly clean. The staff are all so friendly, always saying hi to my kids and even asking about the order of cleaning to not disrupt nap schedules or meal times in my house. We are so glad we found them!

I’m a little in shock with the price of the invoice. For deep clean the pricing is $300-$435 I was charged $400 for a 1bedroom deep clean. My apt wasn’t that dirty to begin with. I have pics included. They are from before they arrived. Aside from the price Taylor, Christine and Tammy did an excellent job.

I switched to this professional service last year and have been continuously impressed with them. Since they bring multiple people and have an oversight Manager, they are quick and efficient. On occasion they will leave a personal touch or note thanking me for being a customer. I highly recommend Cleaning by Jen!

I used CBJ a year ago and was very impressed so I booked another cleaning with them for the same exact areas. This time around, I was pretty disappointed.

Only 1 out of 3 of my bathrooms were cleaned. And out of the 1, the floors were not even swept or mopped! Essentially, none of the bathrooms were fully cleaned. For any cleaning; I don’t understand why all bathrooms are not cleaned especially if they are in the list. The team lead that came was very sweet and I expressed my concerns. She helped clean a 2nd bathroom, but the half bath was never even touched. They did spend an extra 20 minutes to clean that bathroom. She had the manger Anita call me which was not helpful at all. She said they went off of my list, but NONE of the bathrooms were even completed on the first pass.

I had booked 1.5 hours with two people. And one person spent over an hour on one bathroom without even mopping the floor. I think this was an issue of time management as my first cleaning had all areas on the list completed, where this time not even half was.

I had to go back and vacuum and mop not only the bathrooms, but some of the common areas that they missed like the hallways leading to the front door.

I will say, the kitchen looks great, but some of the other areas don’t even looked like they were touched.

It’s too bad the manager didn’t care to see pictures or come out and look herself. She blamed me for creating the list, but it wasn’t even prioritized like it was the first time. Buyer beware.

Love them! CBJ cleans my house consistently the same everytime and is prompt and done within their time frame. Professional and I never have to worry about anything! Hiring CBJ has alleviated the burdon of cleaning my home for me. Scheduling with them has been amazing as well. Highly recommend!!!

Cleaning by Jen is a great service that does a thorough job every time. I appreciate that a capable team shows up each time, on time, scheduled in advance, and with their cleaning supplies. Workers are always polite and cheerful. I can ask for special attention to a space and trust that they'll take care of it. I hear from friends about how their cleaning person is there for hours - CBJ is in and out within 2 hours in most cases. House is always very clean after they complete the job.

We have used cleaning by Jen for over a year and am always very happy with our experience. They take the time to listen to our wants and needs during cleanings, how no problem using my own products, and are so kind around our dog and children. They work quickly but do a great job. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Cleaning by Jen comes to my home once a month to clean my home. My favorite part is the evening after a clean! Everything is clean and tidy. It makes me feel like I have my life together. The staff is prompt, thorough and efficient. The office staff and scheduling is super responsive. I can’t say enough positive things about this team, definitely recommend!
