We used Alan's Tree Service for the first time at the house my son just purchased and we are thrilled with the results. The yard was very overgrown, large hedges, trees too close to house, weed trees, etc. Ed came out quickly and provided a very thorough recommendation and extremely reasonable quote for the amount of work they completed. He said the job would be done in the next 2 weeks but ended up calling a day later and said they would be out the next day. All the work was completed in one day and all debris removed and yard cleaned. We are very happy with the work provided and Ed is very knowledgeable. We will not hesitate to use Alan's Tree Service in the future.

Alan's did a great job removing my two pines in the front and very large maple in the back. The maple was huge, over three feet across, and overgrown. Very challenging as many wires in backyard along with limited access. Took their time and did a great job, removed all debris and ground stumps down very deep. Reasonable price, had gotten several estimates. Highly recommended.

Ed and his crew have removed several trees in in our backyard over the last 4 or 5 years. The last tree they removed was just last week and it was a monster of a tree, making the job pretty complicated because of the size, location, and limited access to the backyard for equipment. They made an art out of the project---it was a bit fascinating to watch. We couldn't be happier. Great value; great service by these nice folks. I highly recommend this company.

Ed and his entire crew did an amazing job removing my 40'+ mulberry tree. Berries were quickly ripening and starting to fall. Ed made it a priority to get his team over to remove as many of the berry branches as possible before coming back to finish the job, so that my yard was not destroyed by all the falling berries.
Scheduling their return was a bit challenging due to rain, extreme heat and a few staffing emergencies, but once they were able to return, they made quick work of the tree and ground the stumps.
His entire crew was nice, professional and respectful of my property. They even stacked the wood I requested to keep, along the fence for me. They had to remove part of the chain link fence for easier access to debris removal, and they repaired the fence upon completion.
To top it all off, Ed is a certified arborist who is also able to make recommendations for when I decide to plant a replacement tree.
If I had more trees on my property that needed work, I would definitely use them again.

Jeff B. quoted a new generator for us in January. Pricing was comparable to others. There was a mix-up on the installation day with the crew because the job was written up as an interior gas line extension, not exterior black pipe like Jeff quoted. It did add a couple of hours of delay because the crew didn't have the black pipe to install. Kat, their office manager, was extremely helpful and communicative during all phases of the project: email text/phone calls and paperwork. The WIFI setup was a pain, but that's because our router was too far from the unit to connect on installation day. I later corrected that problem with an extender and spent some time with Generac technical phone support on a Saturday and believe it or not, an English-speaking person here in the USA resolved the issue in 10 minutes. One week later, we experienced a DTE outage and within 30 seconds, the new generator kicked on without a hitch. I would highly recommend Buchanan to anyone looking for a Generac system.

The installer did a very good job. He placed it in there. He did his work, even though it started to rain and then stopped. He did a very, very good job. In installing the EV station.
