Jamaal was absolutely amazing!!!! He went above and beyond in servicing our boiler as well as explaining to me how it works what the proper maintenance should be. He was so nice and super efficient in what he explained and did. Like I said he went above and beyond by cleaning the glass and making sure all the safety features were working properly. He really went through and made sure that I knew how to turn off the boiler in case an emergency in any warning signs or anything that I should be on the lookout for just in case if something bad happens. No one ever really explained this before and I’m so appreciative that he went through it all. Jamaal is awesome! Charger was also super accommodating in getting me in quickly and adjusting my appointments to my changing schedule.

Ian came to our home today and did a fantastic job with our furnace tune up. He was extremely professional and timely. We are new to this company and are glad that we signed up for their annual service package. Would recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a home heating, cooling company.

Our furnace went out early in the morning, and Charter Home Comfort was amazing from start to finish. They got a tech out the same day, came back later that night when it failed again, and even left us space heaters so we weren’t freezing. The next day, Jamal came out, thoroughly diagnosed the real issue, explained everything, and had our heat running quickly. They even repaired it at no additional cost after the mix-up. Very professional. Owner came out on a Sunday to go over options. Provided space heaters until temp system could be installed and provided finished full install within week. Ryan did temp work / Caleb and Ian finished the. Install. Very clean and very courteous! Definitely recommend!

We had been having a very difficult time trying to figure out our HVAC system for the entirety of the winter season. It was making an extremely loud screeching sound that no one could seem to identify. Ryan, our technician, was able to identify and order the parts we need within the hour.
