They NEVER disappoint. We have had maintenance and service on furnaces and air conditioners to complete replacement of all units since we’ve lived in our home over 17 years. We even had a whole house generator installed with this friendly and super competent team! HIGHLY recommend entrusting your HVAC project to them!!!

From efficient intake to quoting consultation to professional well executed installation, I am thoroughly satisfied Charter Home Comfort's customer service. Tim just left our house and we are very happy with the results. He found the problem with our AC immediately and was able to solve it just as fast. I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment and was pleasantly surprised to pay less than $300, a lot of places have an "emergency charge" for same day but he just charged me for time and parts. Will definitely be keeping their number
