I had a new furnace and AC unit installed at my house. (My old one was so loud and angry sounding)

I had several companies come out to quote the installation. Ed from North Wind immediately struck me as someone who cared about my furnace as much as if it were in his own home. When he was looking at our furnace, he pointed out several things that he wanted to clean up and improve if he did the installation.

The price North Wind quoted was the lowest of all of the companies that came to our house.

On the day of the installation, Ed and his crew showed up on time, and were very professional. They did an awesome job on the installation, and they took the time to really make it look clean. Then they explained how everything worked and how to fill out the information for rebates and warranty.

I highly recommend North Wind if you’re looking for someone to take care of your HVAC needs as if you were family!

Five stars. Ed came out to inspect our AC and within a few days he had a new one installed. While others were quoting outrageous amounts money Ed was honest and upfront about everything and his price was half of what others were quoting. Five stars and top notch service all around. Would highly recommend!

I was in need of a new water heater and North Wind Heating & Air was there to help! I gave them a call and they gave me an estimate over the phone which beat the few other estimates I received. We originally scheduled for Monday but then ended up having an opening the day I called and had their team out to do the job within 30 minutes.

North Wind heating & Air Conditioning is a great company. I have been a customer for over 10 years. They installed my A/C unit, Furnace and Hot Water Heater many years ago and have come out to repair and maintain them for the last few years. I can't recommend them highly enough. The turn around time when my request for service has been amazingly fast. The knowledge ED brings and the care is fantastic. There is no problem he can't fix. I 100% feel satisfied when the job is finished that the work was done right and the price was reasonable.

Ed diagnosed the problem on Sunday morning and replaced the AC by Monday afternoon. Price was great. Workmanship and clean up were wonderful. Highly recommended.

Best company ever! Purchased both my central air and furnace from them about 10 years ago. They do my yearly maintenance on both and take care of my whole house generator as well. Small time frame window for appointments so you’re not sitting home for hours waiting and they are always on time. Great people!

Not only did we get a real person on the phone, she was very pleasant to talk to. Scheduled us for the same day, gave us a time window and the 2 repairmen came early. Even called to check if coming early was possible! Completed work quickly.
