As usual, Comfort Temp did an outstanding job! They installed our furnace and a/c in 2019, and everything has worked phenomenal! We had them out to do a routine inspection, and once again they did great job! I recommend them to anyone looking for a great HVAC company!

Comfort Temp was the ONLY place that had the part I needed for my furnace same day (= heat same day) also, they were significantly cheaper than the only other place that had my part. They were ultra friendly and helpful and on top of everything. Thanks so much Comfort Temp! I'll never shop anywhere else!

I’ve used Comfort Temp for 15 years. They have a staff of friendly , knowledgeable and reliable employees. I have my furnace and A/C cleaned and inspected annually.

Recently I had to have my furnace/a/c combination unit replaced. The installers were incredible. I live in a high rise condo and their ability to remove my old unit with no noise, mess or damage was impressive. Work well done and passed both electric and gas City inspections without a problem.they left my furnace area neat and clean.

9/22/25 a cement truck had an accident and expressway was closed down. One of the drivers cut off three lanes and proceeded to cut off me to use the exit ramp. I had my 2 year old in the back seat. He did not have the right away. After barely missing my front end he screamed out his driver side window and flicked me off. I would never recommend a company that has such poor drivers. When you are in a company vehicle you represent the company. Unacceptable behavior! Even worse having my son seeing.

I had a great experience with Comfort Temp repairing my furnace and also providing a quote to replace my furnace and/or water heater when I'm ready. I've received other quotes on the water heater and Comfort Temp's price was very competitive compared to the other estimates. I felt like they gave me honest advice and I was also impressed with their punctuality. On both occasions when they came to my condo, they gave me a two-hour window to expect them but then showed up exactly at the start of the two-hour window. All the repair and office/phone staff were very friendly and accommodating. I definitely plan to use them for any future work on my furnace and water heater, and would recommend them to friends and family.

I highly recommend Comfort Temp. I recently had my A/C and furnace replaced after 22 years. The guys were professional and do a great job with the install. After all of the work was completed, they cleaned up thoroughly. My new system works great. Great team of guys!!

I had a disappointing experience with Comfort Temp.

They installed a new hot water tank for me and pulled a city permit, so I expected the work to be done properly and completely the first time. However, they did not include a cert on the hot water tank during the initial installation.

After the city inspection, they had to come back to correct it, but then charged me extra just to do the cert that should have been included from the start. That felt unfair and unprofessional, especially since they were the ones who pulled the permit and should have known what was required.

I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I use Comfort Temp for all my industrial needs at my industrial bldgs. They are responsive, fast, professional, thorough, priced right, and respectful, which are all rare traits....but they have them... and I'm happy to find someone like them that has them.... and..... the ladies in the office are so darn good looking.....!!! I can't see myself using anybody else for the foreseeable future.... we're a good match and I appreciate them...

Brian and his team are very responsive, especially when the furnace breaks in below freezing temperatures! They respect my home, keep me updated with progress and immediately respond if I have questions, even if months after completion of work! Highly recommend!

Undeniably the best guys around, thank you for taking great quality care, and helping us when we were stressed about our furnace. Definitely will be calling again when needed. Not everyone cares about the quality that has to go into this work, but you guys have exceeded our expectations once again!!!!

I did not catch the names of the two gentleman that came to install a new thermostat for me, but they were great! Very friendly and professional. Installed a new Nest thermostat that is working great now :) Will hire again in the future for any of my heating and cooling needs.

I had a new A/C unit installed last weekend in 90° heat. Dan's son did the install with a helper they were super nice guys. They are a great family owned business and I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

I got 5 estimates to replace my central air unit and they were the 2nd best price. We went with them because they were the most friendly and helpful. The installers are also very nice and professional. I highly recomend.

I have now interacted with four of the Slanec team; three gentlemen in the the field and the lady that runs their office. Without exception, I could not have had better experiences. The most recent visit was Chuck this past week. He not only did what was agreed to, but corrected a problem that was an oversight from a recent electrician visit to assure customer satisfaction. HVAC is extremely important in Michigan. Dan Slanec provides peace of mind that the job will be done right the first time at a fair price. Thank you.

Cannot express the gratitude I have these guys/girls. Receptionist was super nice and helpful when I called. Techs were out to my house within 24hrs to service my HVAC system and had it up running same day! Definitely recommend using this company!

These guys are great! Honest and informative. They came out to quote and were the only ones who actually told me why my old furnace was having trouble igniting. None of the others said a thing. To install it they arrived on time and went the extra mile again when and fixed the handle on my new table top BBQ! I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

They have always done a great job. This time I had water coming from under my furnace. They were able to come out the next day. The problem was identified quickly and fixed in no time.
