Alex and Blake were efficient, knowledgeable, and left the space cleaner than they found it. This job was to replace a water tank/heater at my Mom’s condo, but when I need a new one at my own house I will definitely call Finzel’s.

We have called on Finzel's for our heating and cooling needs for years. For this last issue the communication with the office was great. Appointments were made and we got a reminder the day before and were also notified when the tech was on the way. Adam was our tech and he was excellent. He assessed our issue and ordered parts on his first visit. On his second visit he installed the parts and fired everything back up and everything now works great. Their charge was also very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This was a great experience. The estimate was very detailed and they DIDN’T spend hours with a notebook talking about their company. That is always such a turn off to me. The presentation was to the point and did not waste my time. No pressure. The sales person was also there for install and helped with the install. He knew what he was doing. It was fast, efficient from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, efficient and the furnace works great.

We had Finzel’s replace out air conditioner and furnace recently and it was an awesome experience! The guys were professional and courteous. Left clear instructions on how maintain and make adjustments to the new equipment. Installation was top notch. Mostly dealt with Nels, who was great! He was friendly and professional, was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain it. My husband and I have been spreading the word to call Finzel’s for this type of work. It’s hard to find good service these days so we really appreciate it when we get it!

Wonderful technician and quick service. He gave lots of good advice and fixed my furnace. Couldn’t be happier.

Not even sure what to say my experience was so awful!! :( Not only did they bust up my drywall and NOT SAY A THING, they left parts and pieces all over my patio, trash on my TV stand AND crushed the cable inside the HVAC area, so my cable and internet are out for the rest of the week until my cable company can come out and fix it...Thanks a lot for such a crummy experience and several inconveniences!!!

Nothing but praise for Finzel’s. They had the best price on my new a/c and furnace units. Their install crew, Blake, Jason and Alex were complete professionals. They showed up on time and finished a bit earlier than anticipated. They were polite, knowledgeable and took the time to write critical operational info on my units using a black marker. That’s a huge plus for me to have all of that info right there in plain sight. The install went smooth and I’m enjoying the benefits of my new Trane A/C as we speak. I would certainly recommend Finzel!s to anyone needing HVAC expertise.

Caden performed a furnace tune up today and did a great job. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what he did and happily answered all of my questions, giving me peace of mind about the condition of my furnace. I’ve been a customer for 11 years and have always been happy with the service I receive from Finzel’s Heating & Cooling.

I called Finzel’s at 2pm on a Saturday, and a technician was at my door at 3:15pm the same day. Nels was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough in his explanations of what he was doing, what parts would be required to repair our unit, and answered any questions I had.

Our unit is an older model and the motor that needs replacing isn’t available till Monday. Rather than us going entirely without a furnace, Nels was able to set up a temporary fix so that we can still use the unit in the meantime.

Our family just had a new Trane AC unit installed by Finzel's Heating and Cooling and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. The process was very smooth from start to finish. From the original service call to the installation. This company has great employees who take pride in the work they do. Thank you to the entire Finzels team for a job well done !!!
