We have been using Finzels for years. It came time for a new AC and furnace. We trust Finzels due to their excellent reputation. My hot water tank wouldn’t light.
Caden determined the issue and was able to get a replacement part right away. Caden replaced the heating assembly.
Caden also performed my annual furnace check.
Caden is always helpful and friendly.

We requested an inspection of our boiler. In the process, Caden found that repairs were necessary. He got the supplies, repaired the boiler, and completed the inspection. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Finzel's Heating and Cooling!

Nels, Blake, Jason, and Alex was very polite and professional. Installed a new furnace and ac system. Brought over temporary heaters due to my furnace decided to die on a Friday. They were out on Monday to install.

I needed repairs on the air conditioner and furnace at my cottage. Finzel's sent a repairman promptly. Caden did a fine job fixing the ac unit and making sure my furnace was ready for the winter. I was impressed by the young man. Would call Finzel's again.

Finzel’s serviceman was very knowledgeable, diagnosed very fast water blockage as problem for malfunction furnace. Did the quick service and my furnace is running now through full cycle heating as expected.
I will use this company again when needed!😀

Matt was amazing. He was very professional and explained everything that was going on to me. He helped find a new circuit board within 30 minutes and got my heating fixed the same day. Id recommend anyone to work with them

Eric came out to fix up my furniture, Got my heat back on after a couple days without it, he replaced a new thermostat for me since mine was out of date and broken, He went out of his way, and did an amazing service. Very friendly and talkative. He explained everything to me. He even cleaned up his mess before he left. 10/10 would recommend him. Definitely would call him back for another services.

Our technician Caden Hummel was an absolute stud, that dude needs a raise!! He was very kind, and explained (in very simple terms) the exact issue I was having, and how he was going to fix it. He ordered the part needed on a Monday evening and had the heat restored in my house before noon on Tuesday!

Love Finzel’s! We have used them for years and always Fast service and replies from a live person that works there! Cayden came out last year when our ancient boiler broke and our fear was major repairs! He fixed it and got us up and running and such a reasonable price! He just visited for annual maintenance and this young man is so professional and impressed with his knowledge

Nels was very patient. He answered all my questions and trust me, I had tons of questions! He explained everything to me in terms I could understand! He was polite and honest! I was given fair price quotes. Nels was respectful of my home and I'm very satisfied with his work.

If I could give Finzel's and the guys 10 stars, I would! These guys are so professional! Service manager Nels, Jayson W., Blake M., and Alex G. were awesome! Were on time, courtesy, professional. Just in awe at their amazing job that I'm almost speechless! Knowing who was showing up with pictures once dispatched, their names, and the time frame til they arrived! I hope they all know, as well as the company, how thankful I am and hope they know how much they are appreciated and could make someone's day! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!! They actually care!

NELS was my tech today and he was professional knowledgeable affordable and time efficient. He walked me threw everything. He truly went above n beyond to notice my thermostat was on its last leg so he sold me 1 and installed. I couldn't b happier with his service...pls give Nels a bonus or raise as he truly deserves it...the company should be thrilled to have such a dedicated employee such as Nels.

I highly recommend Finzel's Heating & Cooling! Their customer service was exceptional, and they clearly communicated what needed to be repaired. Nick went above and beyond by returning the same day with the necessary part and promptly fixing my heater. Outstanding service and professionalism!

My furnace went down last Saturday night and I didn't know it was really bad. I called six heating companies and only two called me back. One was Finzel's heating. They made time for me right away and came out on that Sunday morning. After Matt did his review of the needed repairs I was told I needed a completely new furnace. I was literally leaving that next day to Florida on vacation. I let Matt know but I didn't know what to do because I never thought I could get them to fix it the very next day. He made some calls and told me that he could come back tomorrow and fix it at 10am and that it should only take 3 or 4 hours and I should be good to go on my vacation. I couldn't believe that they could move things around to accommodate us. This company has just won my business going forward without question. I will have them come back in the spring to install a new air conditioner as well. Matt was very professional and and they did a fantastic job and left with a clean work area. Thanks so much for all you did for us and making sure I was able to go on my vacation. Fantastic crew. God bless !
