I have Consumers service plan. When furnace failed, I filed claim. The company sent out repairman Jeff the same day! After inspection revealed that furnace had cracks & couldn’t be repaired (was in fact tagged for Carbon monoxide risk) I had to get new furnace. Robert came out next day to give me quote and scheduled install for two days later. Jake & Joe were out early, spent entire day installing furnace, replacing AC, new humidifier and new thermostat. They explained and demonstrated everything so I understood what was done and what I needed to do for operating & changing filters. They cleaned everything up thoroughly. I was able to pay charges by splitting bill between checking account and charge card. Of note, they loaned me, at no charge, 4 space heaters. Although it was a big, unexpected, budget hit, I am happy with their work and their service. I would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Derek M for your water heater repair if you use well water. He replaced the anode, flushed out the tank and lines and made sure the water was running clear. He is very knowledgeable about this type of work with wells and softener systems. He was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions and fill me in on the details. I am keeping him in files for future use!

We had a great experience with Great Dane. Our water heater started leaking on the coldest day of the year. Thinking there was no way we could get a company out the same day, they answered the call immediately, and had a tech out within a couple hours. Their employees were very kind and informative, working with both my wife and myself, and were able to install a new water heater for us on the same day at what seems to be a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them for HVAC and plumbing in the future.

Great Dan Heating & Cooling did an excellent job on my furnace/HVAC installation, and Trenton was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He helped me get a fair price, explained my options clearly, and made sure everything was handled end-to-end.

The HVAC installers were professional, on time, and did clean, high-quality work. They also coordinated the electrical connection to the panel, and the electrician was equally solid; everything was done correctly and it passed inspection with no issues.

Overall, the communication, scheduling, workmanship, and follow-through were all top notch. If you want a smooth experience and great value, I highly recommend working with Trenton and the team at Great Dan Heating & Cooling.

As a retired Tool Maker, I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the 3 man crew . The standard that they performed definitely raised the high bar from what I can see .. Highly would recommend Great Dane Heating & Cooling to anyone that is in the market for and up graded system...

I had Great Dane heating and cooling install a new furnace and hot water tank, also a bathroom vent fan. There work is very neat and perfect down to the smallest little details. The crew I had to do the work consisted of, Nick, Fred and Sabiston and a couple other guys.
The 3 I mentioned above where the last to leave and in charge of the final clean up, there work was extremely clean and I couldn't even tell that they were here because of the excellent quality of clean up they did 😀 👌 👏 also give Nick, Fred and sabiston a raise! Devin at Great Dane is proof you can get AMAZING customer service! He was personable and professional. Devin explained what went wrong with our hot water tank- and how water got under the laundry room floor even though we have a sump pump. After installation, he took the time to explain all of the parts and functions of our new tank in simple terms. He showed me basic functions, from relighting the pilot light to how to flush the tank yearly to preserve its active life.
While at our house, Devin noticed a pipe leaking from the upstairs bathroom and was able to come back the next day to install a new toilet. Again, he explained all details and gave a “cliff notes” version of the manuals and warranties. Most contractors don’t take the time to do that! He even gave me a plumbing pipe reamer to use years down the road for future toilet repair. He gave excellent tips for novice home DIY repair. IMO, it would be hard to beat this high level of service in an HVAC or plumbing technician! Thanks again, Devin.

We’ve been using Great Dane heating, for maintenance, since we purchased our home almost 10 years ago. When it was time to replace our air conditioning, furnace and hot water tank, they far exceeded the expectations of the other 2 companies we had give us estimates. Not only were they spot on with pricing, their customer service is top notch. The biggest compliment, done in one day and cleaned up like they were never here! Thank you!!! And of course, Darla appreciated the space heaters while they worked.

When you have a home with a basement/slab/ enclosed room that had an old system it was hard to keep the heat balanced. Now the new system makes it much easier with the setting at 70 degrees, keeps the house temperature much warmer. The installation of the systems was done quickly and professionally by the complete team at Great Dane 🥰! Truly glad to be able to run every system running of gas. Thee new system looks fabulous and our home is warm.
