Wonderful customer service and great job taking care of my oak trees. I will absolutely call them again.

I worked thru several different quotes as our budget changed and they were easy to work with each time. I found the final price extremely competitive. They took the extra time to ensure my tree was very healthy.

Timber Ridge has done tree work for us in the past and again recently. They are extremely reliable, cautious, and take their work very seriously. They do a great job working on the trees and they clean everything up. I have had quotes from other companies and Timber Ridge is competitive or lower. They will always be the place we call for tree service.

Timber Ridge came out with a quote soon after we called. Service was then completed within acceptable time. They were efficient and cleaned up after (we had a tree cut down and big limbs off another tree). I would definitely recommend them!

Timber Ridge did a great job removing several pine trees and cleaning up afterwards. Their pricing was competitive, and they were willing to work with my schedule.

From the start- personable, professional, and proficient! Kayla met with us, answering all questions along the way, she was very knowledgeable in what we asked her. Even helping us through saving or cutting down a memorable tree. Then after thinking our biggest impression was past, here comes the crew. Let us know they were coming and how far out they were. After setting up and a quick review the team went to work. What a major transformation, yet you never would know they had been here. Great people I would recommend them for price and performance any day!!

I hired Timber Ridge to trim a few trees that were hanging low over my garage. I was on a tight schedule and they were very accommodating. They got the job done in about an hour and cleaned up everything. Would absolutely recommend them.

Be very careful when looking for an estimate from this company. They failed to inform us that it’s $250.00 just to have them show up at house. They lead us to believe that the $250.00 was our estimate and once they finished the job they charged us almost $600.00 to have 3 stumps removed. They did not notified us they were coming to do the job ahead of time. Received a message they would arrive shortly. Had to rush home to be there for them. The man that did the grinding did a great job and was very polite. I don’t recommend this company.

The guys over at Timber Ridge were great! I got a stump ground via their services. To start, they were able to give me an estimate within a couple hours. After that, it took some time to get an appointment scheduled, but whenever I inquired, the office staff was insanely friendly and helped me out. It took about a week to get someone out. Once the guy came, he was super-efficient. The stump grinder actually didn’t quite fit our backyard gate. But he was able to work his magic and got it serviced by their maintenance guy and adjusted it so it could fit. He was able to do this within a couple hours the same day. The actual stump grinding barely took any time at all. I think it took longer for him to lay the tracks to get to the stump and not damage the lawn than it did to grind the stump haha. But the attention to detail and care was much appreciated. Also the price was super reasonable. I definitely recommend Timber Ridge for any tree related work.

Matt was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, helpful and professional. The crew was efficient, safe, and took great care to not cause excessive damage to the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend Timber Ridge Tree Care.

We used this service for tree removal, stump grinding and hauling away materials on our lot. The attached photos show what they considered to be a completed job. When I asked their estimator when the crew would come back to finish the work he told me to get ahold of the township to ask when their fall cleanup day is and to do it myself. They drove their stump grinder over our septic field where I specifically told them not to and left 8" ruts in our yard for us to fill in. The work was completed 6 weeks after I accepted the quote and paid the deposit. They didn't even touch a stump that I asked them to grind out. They left 25% of the materials behind that we asked them to haul away. I will now have to rent a skid steer for $500 to finish the work myself. I have been in the service and trades industry my whole life and this is by far the worst service I have ever worked with. They lie and charge way more than other companies that we had quote the same work. Don't use them.

I went with Timber Ridge because they actually listened to my needs. Extremely professional and very friendly too. Also, I had a tree that ended up falling before they were scheduled to do the work. I called and they came right out that afternoon to get the tree removed and chipped. WOW! Also, a big shout out to Cedric and his crew. Super nice crew! You want to talk about a hard working group of men. I am not kidding when I say that. They did a beautiful job on the tree trimming and removed a giant spruce tree that was running up my house. I don't know how they did it but they did and I can't thank them enough.

We had a monster tree with 5 fused trunks and a gigantic canopy awkwardly located behind our garage. It was rotting and large limbs fell regularly. We worried it was going to fall on our garage. It was a hazardous removal taking several days (and a lot of awesome equipment!). We wondered about the condition of our lawn after all the dust settled, but we didn't need to worry--the crews were amazing at cleanup and left everything in great shape. We just need to throw a little grass seed down and it will be good as new in no time at all. The price was very competitive, the workers all pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!

They did a good job of trimming our trees, but damaged our home in the process. They repaired some of the damage and said they would be back to finish, but never returned to complete the repairs. I attempted follow up a few times but have not heard back. We will not use them in the future.

Had an appointment with Dustin to discuss multiple trees to be removed on my lot. Needed to review options and how to proceed. AAs a working executive I need to leave work early in order to meet at a time that would work for Dustin. He was a no ahow. Never texted or called in advance to let me know he needed to reschedule or would be late. I find the lack of contact odd, rude and not good business practice.

They took down two tall spruce trees , ground those stumps and two others in my yard, and trimmed the huge maple trees in the front yard which had branches over wires and the house. The only negative part was the tracks left by machines in the yard, some of which will require dirt to fill in. They did the job quite quickly and removed all trunks and branches. Workers were pleasant to talk with. Price was comparable to other companies.

Timber Ridge Tree Service removed a large maple tree and pruned other trees that were overgrown. Matt was our arborist who made the recommendations of work to be completed. Tree service crew did a great job while maintaining safety of everyone. Jacob took care of our stump grinding for us.

EDIT: Timber Ridge did resolve the issues I had in this review. They were respectful and understanding of the situation. I greatly appreciate the integrity of Timber Ridge for rectifying this situation.

One of the worst contractors I have worked with. The amount of damage done to my lawn is absurd from these “professionals”. They didn’t cut up the tree either so I had to rent a saw and do the rest of the work for them.
Stump grinding was awful. The grinder had to come out 3 separate times because they kept missing the stumps causing more lawn damage than needed. It took a month for them to get the grinder out here and I kept asking for them to let me know when so I could be home but instead they would text me day of with no notice. Worst communication ever.

The workers who came to do the job were efficient, professional and provided excellent service, even cleaning up after the job was completed. My frustration lies in not having calls returned or information given regarding when the job would be done or even begun. I'm sure the office staff is busy, but part of the job is answering customers questions, or the business could decrease.

We had a couple of large trees taken down in a very tight area. Not a clue as to how they were going to pull it off, but they made it look easy, cleaned up all debris, and it's like the tress were never there.

The employees were knowledgeable, focused, friendly, and took the time to answer questions while working. Kind of a big deal when your home could be crushed with one wrong movement of the crane.

My experience with Timber Ridge Tree Service was a bit bumpy (kept rescheduling my job from the originally communicated day), but in the end they completed my job to my satisfaction. Dustin was good to work with and kept me in the loop on my project.
