Miscommunication/unfinished business is an understatement. The day their crew was suppose to arrive to trim our trees they went to the wrong address and trimmed our neighbors tree instead of ours. Matt, the rep I was working with was argumentative and hesitant to believe me until I sent pictures. Their team was redirected to fulfill part of the contract. Our oak tree still hasn’t been trimmed, despite Matt saying we’re on the schedule. Two years now we’ve been on the oak schedule (has to be cut in cold weather per Matt). Timber Ridge is no longer communicating effectively and when I contact their company they’re passive aggressive instructing me it’s my responsibility to contact their rep to get it done, who won’t respond. I have no confidence they will complete the job.

I chose this company due to the reasonable quote, especially compared against others. Once scheduled, the process was great. They were able to take care of things while I was away from home and I could pay conveniently from my phone while I was at work. Happy with the service!

Quick response and scheduling. Experienced crew. Great communication. Completed big job one day. Left yard in great condition. Fairly priced.

I used them in 2013 to remove three large Ash trees. I was very pleased with their work both times. I would use them again, and recommend to others. Great service!

I was able to approve the very detailed estimate by their Arborist Jake and take care of the down-payment online. The work was scheduled and completed within two weeks of the estimate.

Sadrac and his crew were on time, knowledgeable, experienced, and operated in a safe manner using the proper protective equipement.

My husband is very particular about our lawn and they brought in a specialized spider crane that was light and powerful to handle the tallest tree. They used weight distribution mats under the spider crane tracks. The largest tree on my job was a 19 inch diameter, 60’ Elm on the edge of yard and woods. Their equipment did not damage the lawn.

They were able to expertly navigate into the woods. They also removed two 12” diameter trees and a 16“ diameter Cherry tree. They worked around the large firewood shed, bonfire pit, and deck to fell the trees without damaging remaining trees or structures.

They completed the job as quoted and in one day.
The work area and yard was very clean during the job and before they left.

The Timber Ridge crew was on time and started promptly after after assessment.
They stayed longer and did a few more limb cuts and cleaned up all the debris.
Great crew and positive attitudes. Their pricing was right there with all other local tree companies. Yes, we would recommend them.

I am astounded with the professionalism I experienced withTimber Ridge Tree Care.I was assigned Kayla for my Arborist. She is great.There was a misunderstanding with the communication between myself and the crew.I was apprehensive about reaching out. Because most companies will get defensive, if they even return your call/ text.Or blame you .Kayla made it SO RIGHT.She was so kind and understanding. They ALL went above and beyond. The crew was AMAZING. KInd, friendly, talented,so efficient, cleaned up my yard spotlessly.My trees look beautiful. I used to hate my trees ,now I love them.My roof and house are safe and clean now.I only got one estimate. I only needed one estimate.I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.I can't say enough positive things about Timber Ridge Tree Care.Also very important VERY reasonable price.It was way less than I anticipated.

These people wasted my time. They set up TWO separate appointments with me and never bothered to show up for either one ... and never called me to tell me they weren't coming. Finally I asked them (using exceptionally nice manners) if they wanted to set up another appointment to view my job. They never responded to me again. I have no problem with a company that's busy - but these guys never even showed up or called me to tell me they weren't coming. I can't even imagine treating my own customers that way. That's not kind at all.

July 2023--Great work for a great price compared with other estimates. Bad tree go bye bye. No mess left behind, no damage to lawn.

This is hard and patient work. The team came early and worked diligently all day. They came back to finish and clean up, all was done very well.
The value of this team is they don’t mess around, they know their job and they don’t over charge. Best price I got from 4 quotes.

I would like to post a review but after calling Allied three times, I've given up. I have an unusual job for them - removing a metal ham radio tower from my niece's back yard. I've talked to them and each time they promise to give me a quote. Haven't heard back from them even though they said, at one point, they were going to be in the area and would check the situation out. Not impressed with their customer service!

Hired them with some neighbors and are very disappointed how much of the tree they left for us to deal with. After multiple conversations we were told that someone would be there to help fix / pick up tree branches and they still are here over a week. Make sure if you do use them that you get EVERYTHING in writing! ✍️

We had a very old, very large dead oak tree on the perimeter of our yard, 40" diameter. Joel and his team provided a very competitive quote, provided great communication, took care when driving in our yard (placed large plywood sheets to protect from ruts) and spent all day on this tree on a cold, windy March day. They arrived early and everyone stayed until the work was done. We are very pleased with their work.

Allied Tree Service did a fantastic job taking down our trees. All workers were very friendly and at all times did what we told them what to do. We recommend them to anybody.

So far I'm very DISAPPOINTED in the difference between our agreement and the work ALLIED TREE SERVICE has actually done.
On Feb. 22, 2017 Joel came. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He left his quote and written instructions to.........

"Trim up maple in back, remove limb hanging on roof,
remove dead (?), lighten up, clean up."

Nine weeks later the men arrived and went to work. After a short time the equipment was packed up and just before they left asked me to come out and look.
I was SHOCKED to see most everything still there hanging down and LOOKING SHODDY. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS REMOVED WAS THE LIMB OVER THE ROOF, NOTHING ELSE! When I said I thought the tree was going to be cleaned up more than it was, one of the guys took a long extension saw and cut a few little limbs that he could reach while standing on the ground.
I felt a little intimidated so instead of becoming one of "THOSE" customers I chose to call Joel instead.
So far I feel somewhat taken advantage of. I called Joel a few times before I got a return call. He's agreed to come back with his workers either today or Friday to finish. As of today I've heard nothing.
So even though Joel is friendly and knowledgeable, THAT doesn't get the job done.

Today Joel called and apologized for not getting in touch sooner. The weather interfered with scheduling which I understand. He assured me he hasn't forgotten about the tree and said he, along with a crew, will be here next Tuesday (weather permitting). Thumbs up for now!

We like to use local businesses & Joel was Prompt, friendly & a no nonsense worker. He removed our big scrub Pine, carted all debris away & ground down the stump, respecting our lawn & other areas. Thorough clean up. Always responded timely during the initial communications. We recommend!

Disappointed with my experience with Allied. They took down a large maple tree on my property over a month ago, (without the use of safety goggles for his young team) left twigs and sawdust all over my 2 year old roof and my yard, and never came back to clean up. The stump was supposed to be removed the following week, I still haven’t heard from anyone about it. Overall a frustrating experience and I would not recommend using Joel.

I can’t recommend Allied Tree Service enough. Joel’s team performed as expected. They completed our project fast, and efficiently. All debris was cleaned up and taken care of. They were great!

Joel is my “Tree Guy”! He and his crew do an exceptional job! They took down an old dying tree in my front yard and their skills were swift and safe. Highly recommend them!

They took down 3 large trees and trimmed a large black walnut tree in my backyard. Very happy with the price and the results! Definitely recommend them!
