I've been with Big Lake Appliance ever since Sept 2018, and since then we've had our fair share of appliance troubles. But each time Big Lake has come through, quickly, efficiently and with a fair price. Bo, has been a pleasure to talk to and knowledgable with all issues we have had. I wouldn't look anywhere else. And couldn't be happier. I tell all my neighbors in Eastgate/ Breton Village who ask for a good appliance place, you're in good hands.

My dryer started making a loud noise when it would spin, when I called around, Big Lake appliances were the only company I called that actually services LG anywhere close to me. The tech (Brian, I think) was here when he said, had the dryer apart and found the issue quickly, had it fixed with in an hour!

Bo came and was very professional and respectable. He was able to come in on short notice and fixed a problem another repair guy didn't want to fix (and who had left a torn apart fridge for me to deal with!) Bo came figured out the problem and reassembled the whole thing and did it at a reasonable price too. We will definitely call him again!

Bo is an honest, knowledgeable appliance repair guy! He is upfront and reasonable. He's been my go to
guy for my appliance repairs for at least 9 years now! He's great! Call him now! You will be happy you did!

I needed a new heat element for my dishwasher.
The technician was thorough in diagnosing what the problem was. Even with having to order a new part, replacement time was quick.

Called Big Lake appliance repair and I was greeted professionally by receptionist. Explained the issue with my stove and the display. I was quoted an excellent price, issue was solved in a timely and professional manner. Technician who showed up was polite , professional , and courteous. It was difficult to find a repair service that services LG ovens, so we were pleased to locate Big Lake. They did the repair, then went the extra mile by raising and leveling our unit, something the original installers didn't do very well. Good job, good attitudes, good results.

Bo from Big Lake Appliances was a Great help when our dryer needed repair. He came out on Saturday looked at our dryer, ordered the part he needed to fix it. Came back Wednesday evening and had my dryer fixed and back to running in no time. Thank You So Much Bo!!

I submitted a repair request on Big Lake Appliance's website on a Sunday and a team member reached out to me with a phone call first thing Monday morning to get more information and schedule a call! I appreciated the clear communication and quick scheduling. The technician was able to come out and work on my Samsung oven (many companies won't work on Samsung brand applicances) and diagnose/treat the problem in less than an hour. My dryer quit heating, so I called big lake appliance service. Their technician, Bryon came and looked at our dryer. He knew what the problem was. He fixed it quickly and professionally. Thank you big Lake appliance service.

Very, very pricey! Charged $124 to come out and confirm my dishwasher door wouldn't latch, technician was here less than 10 minutes. They ordered the $40 part, installed it and charged an additional $141! Again, the technician was here 10 minutes. $265 for a 10 minute job.
