The Big Lake staff were extremely competent, professional, and friendly. My technician Bo even gave me some great tips while he was here. He did a great job and knew exactly what he was doing with plenty of parts on-hand. Highly recommend appliance repair with Big Lake!

Bo came out to troubleshoot my LG Refrigerator and replaced the compressor. He navigated through the LG warranty system and took care of it like a true professional. Very courteous and friendly. The whole team maintained excellent communication during the whole process.

Bo did an excellent job repairing and rebuilding my older washing machine. Both Bo and Kristen were so helpful and accommodating during the whole process. I am very happy with the results and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Big Lake Appliance and using them again for any future repairs.

We had a great experience with Bo and Big Lake Appliance and highly recommend them. They were responsive and professional, and were able to service our appliances in a timely manner (we had a range and dryer hooked up to gas, and a washing machine fixed). Cost seemed reasonable and fair. I'm so thankful to have a working washing machine again!

Big Lake Appliance Service is by far the best! Bo and his team are responsive, service oriented, friendly, efficient and get it done right the first time! He has repaired a number of our appliances, including our dishwashers from NZ and our clothes washer. His prices are fair and his appointments kept with precision. He’s versatile, and is qualified to work on a wide range of various brands and knows his stuff, inside and out. Highly recommend this firm!

This place should be ashamed of themselves.
Came to my house today to replace a condenser fan on my Jenn Air fridge. The part on Amazon was $20.17. They came here with the part and put it in in less than 20 minutes. They charged me $124 service charge before they would even come and another $324 for “parts and labor” for 20 minutes of work. Repairman spent most of “my time” on his phone texting his boss. I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. AWFUL TO TAKE ADVANTAGE!!!!!!

My 3 year Samsung washer stopped working so I called Big Lake Appliance to come out and take a look.

The repairman came out and took the washer apart and said he didn't have a manual so he would have to return by Friday to finish. The company never called me back. 1 week later I called the office.

I spoke with Stephanie, I explained to Stephanie that the Repairman did not know how to repair this machine, I asked if another repair guy could come out and fix my machine. I was told the repairman who was originally here was their top repair person.

She offered my money back because I had lost all confidence in the ability of the repairman to service my washer.

Not only is my broken now it is completely taken apart.

I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance repair. I called several local appliance places and no one could come out and look at my broken down GE cafe refrigerator. Two other companies recommended Big Lakes Appliance. Brian came out and analyzed the problem. It was late in the day and he was not sure if the part could be shipped fast. To my surprise Bo, The owner came out himself after going out of his way to pick the part up and bring it to my house the very next morning. The repair was done quickly and I was thrilled at their Caring responses. Both service people were great, nice people, highly recommend their company.

Our appointment was scheduled without a fuss and much sooner than expected. We were notified of the technicians imminent arrival by text, which was nice. Bo arrived on time; was courteous, friendly and pleasant. He identified the issue with our dryer immediately and replaced parts and had it running in minutes! Talked with "Bo" for 30 minutes as he rifled through past customers invoices with the same issue to provide an estimate. After 10 minutes, Bo indicated he couldn't find what he was looking for. Next, Bo wanted to come see my current refrigerator to base his estimate off of. He wanted to charge me $199 service fee to come out and provide a quote. I declined and indicated I would pay the service fee once he came to begin the work. Bo said he doesn't do anything for free and decided he didn't want to do the work at all. Thanks bo, I think you did us both a favor

Our LG washer went out on us just before we left town. We set up an appointment with Big Lake Appliance before leaving town. Wyatt called ten minutes before arriving and was right on schedule. Amazingly he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. I know that doesn’t happen all the time but KUDOS!!

Big Lake Appliance is excellent, no need to search any further. I used the website form to request an appointment and received a reply less than an hour after they opened, had someone on the phone shortly after that, and the owner (Bo) in my home later the same day.

I explained the issue with my Viking refrigerator over the phone and they knew what the problem was immediately, and arrived with the parts in hand.

Communication was excellent. I was quoted a price range and appointment time and the job was finished on schedule and under budget. I thought I needed a new fridge but am told it's got plenty of life left (PHEW!).

Great service from an excellent company! I contacted Big Lake Appliance regarding a broken ice maker that I thought was out of warranty. The owner took the time to research and confirm that the warranty had been extended and my replacement ice maker and labor to install would be 100% covered! My 4 year old GE Profile refrigerator stopped working on Friday. We contacted Big Lakes Appliance Services. Wyatt LeMeiux was our repairman. He did an excellent job of analyzing the problem, ordered the part and the refrigerator was running again on Monday. He was courteous , and we feel fortunate that he was our repairman.
