GREAT SERVICE! Came in a timely fashion, figured out the problem in 2 minutes and the furnance was up and running in 15 minutes.

The furnace leaked after installation,they came and tried to fix it three times.Nine months later still leaking.The owner has an excuse for everything,I’m sick I’m busy etc.Cancelled repair at least 6 times.Biggest mistake we made using them to install our furnace.

Would not recommend. Will take the job right away but then makes an excuse that he needs to get parts. Then comes back days later. Parts that should have been on truck or get from Lowes in 30 minutes. Very rude and unprofessional. Also did not diagnose the problem correctly.

My son and families heating quit working on a Sunday and I know a bit of heating and cooling and so I went over and looked at it. all things were working until the blower motor was called upon and the motor would not turn on. He called Heat Wave and they came out. I told Mr. Nelson (Technician) what I had done and found and so he went through everything. He found the problem was in the controller and switched the blower motor to run on another speed by switching the wires. He explained all what was going on, gave an evaluation of the old furnace with no pressure to replace.
We only got their name because a year before my brother had a friends friend that was supposedly an HVAC Tech install a new furnace and AC system. Unfortunately he paid the guy cash ahead of time and the guy never finished the job so my brother walked over to Heat Wave and they gladly finished the installation very reasonably! As I said earlier I have a good amount of experience and Mr. Nelson covered all the bases and made sure we were running and I can tell you that Heat Wave is lucky to have such an honest and knowledgeable Technician!!!! 5 Stars!!

If I could give them Zero stars I would! There are plenty of Heating and cooling companies who need your business. Don’t waste your time on this one! HeatWave come out to look at our furnace. Was told our heat exchanger was cracked and need to replace entire furnace. Was quoted a price of $1800 plus $240 for permit. Morning of supposed install, price went up to $2500. The tech that quoted did not include a chimney liner. So after taking a day off work, our appointment of 9am, no one showed up and finally received a call at 11am. Saying he was sick yesterday and couldn’t do the job for the quoted price. So to make a long story short, HEAT WAVE did not receive our business for this job nor will they receive any of our business. It appears to me they wanted to make some extra money. STAND BY YOUR QUOTE! Your business depends on it! I strongly believe when you have incompetent employees this is the end result of poor business!

Very happy with the service received from Heat Wave. They were willing to come out same day to replace my hot water heater. He got me exactly what I wanted and did a great job! Thanks Mike & Jim! They were very nice and professional! They will be my go to if I need any more work done.

Anytime we have a Heating & Cooling issue we always call A to Z Heating & Cooling They are very professional, efficient and priced competitively. They also offer appointments usually that day or the next! We always request technician John Pinson because he does such a great job every time and he’s very honest and professional as well.

Steve was very thorough and made sure to explain everything , also very fast and got us in quickly

My technician Robert called to let me know he was on his way and about 10 minutes out. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and appreciated my diagnosis of the problem.

He immediately addressed my concerns, check the AC and HVAC units. He also suggested when I should change the filter and which type to buy.

All of this and he finished in about 20mins. Robert is the best and deserves a raise!!!

Steve was great! He was very friendly and explained everything he needed to do. Fast and efficient. For something as quick as starting a new AC that's already been installed, I think a six hour window was a little extreme.

I called A to Z for a tune-up they told me they had a special for DTE consumers that it would be free. That was a nice surprise. The technician/ Steve came out, did the tune up. He explained everything. I had several questions and not only did he answer them but he gave me a lot of good information. Steve was very knowledgeable. It was a learning experience for me as well. I would highly recommend A to Z and also highly recommend Steve.
