As it so happens, this may be the 3rd time I've used A to Z in the past several months and Steve was the same person/technician each time. The first 2x were with/for my clients; I am a Realtor. The 3rd time was for my personal home. Steve was so knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly each time. The things I learned from him prompted me to take a look at my own furnace and schedule A to Z to come out. Thanks to DTE winter check-up reimbursement program I didn't pay this time. All around, I am VERY happy with my experience, the education I received, and especially with Steve.

I had a terrible experience with this company. Robert Medel came out three different times, and I was charged over $100 each visit.
• The first visit was to fix the AC unit.
• The second visit was to fix the heat—only because he caused an issue during the first visit.
• The third visit was again to fix the heat due to his own mistakes.

I attempted to reach out to management several times and received no response.

On top of all that, Robert Medel rigged the wiring in our home incorrectly. The setup was messy, unsafe, and unprofessional. He even left wires dangling out in the open, which is extremely dangerous—especially with children in the house.

We still do not have properly working heat, and I was even instructed to purchase the wrong thermostat, causing more inconvenience and expense.

Overall, this was an awful experience from start to finish. This business seems more focused on repeatedly collecting money than providing quality service. I would absolutely not recommend them.

A to Z installed a 96% efficient American standard heating system and air air-conditioning system. They did a phenomenal job installing my new furnace and AC system, including their sales department and their customer support in their offices. I highly recommend A to Z For all of your heating and cooling needs, they are an awesome company to do business with!

I’m a Very pleased by their professionalism and their knowledge For installing the proper type of furnace and proper air-conditioning system for my size of a home !

The easiest step was to call. They arrived the next day, (the soonest any service person gave me) install the Nest thermostat quick and within my price range. Did I mention this was in the winter. I would recommend them & will use them for my next Heating or cooling installation.

ANA responded to my needs quickly and was able to work with my schedule. It was fast and convenient! Recommend them if you’re in need!

I used ANA to install a mini-split unit in my garage. Ali, who did completed the install, was quick, knowledgeable, professional, and just amazing.

The install was done right, the unit is blowing cold air like it’s supposed to and the installation was clean. No loose wires or anything that would indicate amateur work.

I would definitely go with ANA again and highly recommend using them for any hvac services.

Do NOT hire ANA Heating & Cooling. Our experience with them was one of the worst I've ever encountered. They misdiagnosed the problem with our commercial AC unit, saying they had to completely replace the compressor, and then carelessly worked on the wrong unit -- they "fixed" our neighbor's unit instead causing it to malfunction. When we reached out to them to rectify the situation, they claimed they needed to order a new compressor, which wasn't the case as we later found out. Instead of taking responsibility and rushing to fix things, they gave us the runaround and didn't show up as promised, resulting in us having to pay for another company to complete the job. My manager and I have both reached out to ask for a full refund on the $3700 we paid them, but ANA has refused to take ownership (even though we have it in writing that they messed up). The business owner Ali even directed me to call someone else, as he claims he'd outsourced the job to that guy. Yet, our invoice shows we contracted and paid ANA for the service. All this boils down to sheer negligence and a lack of business ethics. My small business not only lost an entire day of sales as our kitchen was too hot to be safe for the team to work in, we're also grossly out of pocket for these expenses.

Ali was timely, went right to work once he arrived…He was able to diagnosis the problem with the furnace and repaired it all within maybe two hours if that …I will use Ana heating again for future work

Ali was very professional and efficient. He literally saved my parents from heat stroke. They are elderly. If he didn’t show up with a fair price they would have been suffering or worse during this hot weather.
