Called Ali to install a new hot water heater and he was very professional, he installed it same day no problems. Will definitely be calling him in the future again and recommending him to all friends and family

The air conditioner went out at my church's parsonage and we contacted ANA Heating and Cooling about 11am. They came out (shoutout to Ali) and had the air conditioner working again by 3pm. They were timely, affordable and did amazing work. I would definitely recommend them.

Ali was very responsive, prompt, communicative, and all around a pleasure to work with. He explained the issue and was able to rectify it the same day for a fraction of the cost I was quoted before (and probably better quality work). He even persisted when my compressor metal cover decided it was rusted shut to the platform (sorry)! Overall, would recommend for any service call.

My husband and I bought a York air conditioner three years ago from another company that totally screwed us over. We have had nonstop issues since day one and now three years later it broke down and the guy that installed it (which is the owner) won’t return our calls and wouldn’t fix it, so after some research we found Ali at ANA heating and cooling! He came over the next day and fixed our unit for a very reasonable price! He is a friendly, knowledgeable, highly skilled technician that I would recommend to everyone!! It’s so nice to find somebody that you can trust that isn’t trying to rip you off! He is a nice clean cut young man that’s not creepy! There’s wayyy too much of those creepy guys out there that when they come to your house it makes you nervous! You know what I mean ladies! Lol

I contacted them fairly late in the day and got Ali who offered to come out same day within 2 hours. He was very professional and friendly. He walked me through troubleshooting my air conditioning issue, which was come to find out minor; thank the heavens! The service fee was very reasonable too. Thank you!

They came out and fixed our issues with our heat/furnace, we had multiple issues from the people that the seller used for HVAC doing a shit job! ANA ran into many issues fixing over others work but they KEPT coming back out to our home until it was completely fixed and we had heat! Today they installed our central air, they are quick with the quotes and invoices and communication!!! 10/10!! Highly recommend 🥳
