Called Parsons at 835 am was lucky enough to have service guys by 9:35 am, new capcitor replaced on an expected 90° day..WOW my dog is very happy too.

Highly recommend Parsons Heating & Cooling in Dearborn Heights! This is the second time I have used this company and have absolutely zero complaints. This time I called for my disabled mom and they were there in just under 10 minutes. Stellar performance with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. Thank you, once again, Parsons!

This is the second time we’ve used this company. Keith came out same day, diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it with doing some “extras” also. Our furnace was leaking water all over, he found the clogged pipe and cleared it out. He even put in a pipe and got us a funnel to keep it clean with bleach so we can maintain it to avoid it happening again. My uncle has used this company for years and recommend them. Great service. Will definitely use in the future

Edit: Jessica who normally answers the phones apologized for the inconvenience and made sure people came out. The techs that came out were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to complete the work but they were honest about it and did not charge me for an estimate. Giving 2 stars because of the rude person on the phone earlier.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told I had the first appointment of the morning for an estimate. I called them 30 minutes after they were supposed to show up and they said I wasn’t scheduled until 2 that day. I took the morning off of work for this estimate and when I told them it was unacceptable I was rudely hung up on and they will not return my calls. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional company.

We needed to have our humidifier looked at as it hasn't been working for a while. We thought perhaps we needed a new as it is old or maybe it could be repaired. We were prepared for the worse. The guy who came and I apologize for forgetting his name noticed a lose wire. He fixed it and said he'd only charge us the service fee of $75.00. We paid him $100.00 and were very pleased. We would suggest Parsons to anyone and would use them again.

Keith and Nick came out on October 24, 2018, after I called Parsons just the day before. I was in a bind after having flown in from AZ to work on a 60-year-old house I am selling after our mom passed last December. I was flying out the next day but needed the heat exchanger inspected for the City of DH.

Keith and Nick arrived on time and were exceptional in their knowledge. They allowed me to watch them work. Any questions I asked were answered thoughtfully and intelligently. I appreciate it when I hire someone for a job and they not only complete it, they go above and beyond the scope of the work to instruct me. Due to their patience and consideration I will be able to pass on some helpful information to the new homeowner because Keith diagnosed the problem of why the system’s humidifier didn’t work.

I have been dealing with Parsons Heating and Cooling for the last 15 years. They are very nice people there. When my furnace went out in january, I called them. They were out within a few hours. I needed a new furnace. They installed the furnace the same day and I had my heat back on. I have recommended them to many of my family members.

I have used Parsons for a few years now, and have always been happy with there work, hospitality, quickness, and kindness to my family and I. Last year I started using them for all of my yearly maintenance on my units and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Our Air Conditioner had went out, Parson's was quick and efficient. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, and we had it resolved in a timely manner. It is a family owned company, and we will always use Parsons for all of our Heating / Cooling needs. Very pleased.

Keith was such a breath of fresh air! I called at 9am saying my HVAC was leaking and he was so helpful explaining to turn off the unit A/C unit and turn the fan on until he could arrive between 1-3pm. Not only did he arrive way ahead of schedule, he was finished before 1pm! I was expecting to be sold on a new unit or have the repairs cost an arm and a leg, but he was able to fix my existing unit and gave me a very fair price. I will definitely be calling Parsons for all of my future HVAC needs! They are timely, reliable, friendly, fair - THE BEST! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I had Parsons out at my house on Monday afternoon and by the next day at 1:30pm I had heat again from a whole new install. I highly recommend Parsons Heating and Cooling and have used them for many years. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. They are professional but also treat you like family. They check to make sure everything is working properly before leaving. The never to try to throw in extras that you don't need. Their prices are very reasonable and they are a trustworthy company.

As a property manager with numerous single family homes, I need a heating and cooling contractor that I can depend on. Parsons always comes through. They are responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced. I won't use anyone else.

I called this company to schedule a quote for a new furnace. The secretary I spoke with was very professional and this company had been recommended to me so I looked forward to my appointment. Fast forward to the day of and a different secretary called, also very professional, to confirm my appointment- great! Now it’s 2 hours later and I just got a phone call from this company completely cancelling my appointment because my address is “outside of their service area”.

My home is in Detroit and 12 miles away from this business. Nobody told me I was outside of the service area when I set up the appointment, and again did not tell me when my appointment had been CONFIRMED the day of. Now I’m out of a days worth of work because I had to take the day off and I still don’t have a quote for a new furnace.

If you live in Detroit, please do not use this business, they very clearly do not want Detroit money.

Just wanted to take a moment to share the fantastic experience with Parsons H&C. My furnace stopped working today and I was in need of help immediately! I called Parsons and spoke with Debbie. Less then two hours later Parsons was at my door to help! They were prompt, professional, and took the time to answer my questions. I'd strongly recommend Parsons to anyone who needs speedy and superior assistance. Additionally, this is my second time using Parsons (they installed my AC unit last year) and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

The guys at Parson's always do a good job. For emergency service they are by far the quickest. They say they'll get to you within 24 hours but it's usually the same day. No runaround with cost and only install quality equipment and parts. I highly recommend using Parson's for all of your heating and cooling needs residential or commercial.

Mr Parsons and his son and everyone that works for him is very nice and friendly. They Treat you like your part of the family.He always comes through.I've had him to my house several times He installed., a new central area unit in my house , thank you.
