I love this company!

A number of years ago, they installed our AC. Since then, they have maintained both our AC and furnace. They always do a terrific job. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and efficient.

Today was our annual furnace checkup. The two technicians, Luke and Corey, were everything I said above. They are truly nice guys who also know what they're doing. 😀

Additionally, the company does a great job of communicating. I would never think of using a different heating and cooling company. I have zero reservations in highly recommending them.

I received a text that my mechanical cooling employee would be at my house soon, it was then followed by not only a lot of information about him and his expertise, but a photograph of him so when he showed up at the door, I knew it was him. Then he called when he was five minutes out to make sure I received the text message. I was able to ask him a few questions about what he was going to do so I could make sure that I was prepared for his visit.
He was friendly, respectful, professional, and thorough.
I was extremely satisfied with the visit.

From the free estimate meeting, to the duct cleaning, until the very end of the furnace/ac install it was nothing short of a fabulous experience. Everything was explained clearly with print out comparisons to review. Every employee I dealt with was very cordial and professional. I highly recommend Mechanical Heating and Cooling.

Michael, the tech, very polite and explained everything that he was doing. He didn’t try to upsell anything. Will call them again if I ever need my furnace or ac serviced.

Called in the morning about my old furnace they installed because I couldn’t figure out how to turn the thing on. They sent me a service man within the hour who was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with the problem. DTE didn’t turn on the breaker box that was attached to it. They came back a short time later and had it up a running in no time and all I paid was the 99$ service fee. Thank you so much!!! when I need a furnace for my own house, I’ll be calling them.

I’d highly recommend the annual tune up service. Our technician Cole was very thorough and took the time to explain to us, as new homeowners, what type of furnace we have and how to keep it running its best.

I had just maintenance done yesterday on my furnace. It's cold outside going to snow. Woke up this morning and I don't have any heat. Furnace was working fine until this. I have health condition s and need the heat. It's Thanksgiving day and they charge 299.00 on holidays. Iam so upset. Why didn't he check before he left ?? And what happened to my heat?

Cody called to let me know he would be at my house in 5-10 minutes and arrived when he said he would. He was very professional, personable and pleasant. He listened to this young (70) lady tell him about seeing family she hadn't seen in 55 years. Mechanical heating offers a good service but Cody made the company look great. Great experience with Mechanical Heating. Recommended by Carrier for the part I needed and they installed it for a very reasonable price. Very professional staff from front desk to the technician. Came promptly as promised and was done in less than an hour. Highly recommend. (Lisa B)

Needed to purchase a furnace, cracked heat exchanger, no heat. Called Mechanical Heating and Cooling. I have used Mechanical Heating and Cooling for three homes. They sent a sales person out, looked over the situation, there was no time for a Blower Door Test. Presented a proposal to me. I asked about more efficient furnaces and chose a more efficient model. Although it cost more, I figured a more efficient furnace would be beneficial as the furnace would be used for 20÷ years. They installed the next day.

We came home from vacation to our heat being out. We called the emergency service and technician Ryan was at our house within 30 minutes. He had the heater fixed in less than an hour! Very professional and saved us from a cold night! Highly recommend

The tech Michael Garcia was awesome. He arrived on time. Did an awesome job with the tune-up of my furnace. Explained and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable. Thank you Michael for being my awesome tech guy!

They restored my mom’s heat at 10 pm last night! It had gotten down to the 40s inside since she had been away for an extended period. Her technician was very thorough and explained everything well. He double checked that everything was working well before leaving.

Kris from Mechanical Heating and Cooling was super! He was extremely knowledgeable about my furnace and was able to immediately diagnose and fix the problem. He explained to me what he was doing and gave me pointers moving forward! MHC was able to service my furnace in less than 8 hours while other companies gave me a 2-3 day timeframe! I highly recommend them!

There are not enough words to say how wonderful Mechanical heating and cooling is. The tech was polite and even early. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fix it. The tech (Cole) was great an allowed me to ask questions, even if they were basic things I should know, he answered them all without judgement.

Mechanical Heating and Cooling quickly responded on a Sunday when my furnace failed and installed a brand new one the very next day. The technicians were on time, professional and adhered to the highest standards. I highly recommend this company.

I went in today completely stressed because I know absolutely nothing about furnaces I just had a picture of the part I needed! The team was so kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. They treated me with respect, explained everything clearly, and were very fair with their pricing. I never once felt talked down to or embarrassed for not knowing what I was doing. What really stood out, though, was their kindness one of the gentlemen even took a few minutes to listen to my toddler talk about ostrich he saw at Apple Charlie’s. It was such a sweet moment and showed the genuine warmth and professionalism this business has. I can’t recommend them enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need help again.
