We got some new baseboard heaters installed in my place of employment. Not only were Landon and Justin professional and kind from the get-go, they got the job done quickly. They dod not impede our business operations with their work, and even helped us move around our lobby furniture! Above and beyond service from Justin and Landon. ☺️

We had a technician come out to look at our furnace at the end of October, the unit was turning on but not heating up. Technician determined it was the igniter and he said he didn’t have the part. It was an hour before he returning with the part and took close to an hour to install it. The charge was over $400 for the service. Today, not even 3 months later, the same thing was happening. Went with a different heating and cooling company this time, because we were disappointed with the service from Mechanical, and again we had to pay to replace the same part. Not as much as Mechanical charged and it only took a half hour, but still another experience.

Corey just left my home after fixing my furnace as an emergency call. I cannot say enough about how personable, kind, knowledgeable, and quick he was. Diagnosed the issue, told us exactly what was going on, and was beyond kind to my husband and I on this cold February day. Will be sure to use mechanical heating & cooling for our future needs! Responding to an ad about the great work spoke with a representative. I’m not gonna disclose his full name. I’mma say it’s initial starts with a O for about 20 minutes. Went over everything had hope that I can get my furnace replaced or fixed and it was a great company till the next day. I’ll get someone else that has no idea that I even called or have any idea what’s going on and to tell me in a straight up way, oh we don’t even serve your area and I asked what’s wrong with the area and he didn’t have an answer other than we just don’t serve the area is that because it’s Detroit is it because of a predominantly black neighborhood what is the reason why and all I got was we don’t service it have a great day. That was very rude and I don’t understand after I submitted paperwork in to possibly get Credit approval that after I submitted paperwork and I get a Don’t service you no more I don’t recommend

Let me start by saying their prices are just as good as one else except they are WAY more professional. Had called them for duct cleaning and Eric did an excellent job, honest, hard working and knowledgeable. Will never go through anyone else. So I figured lets get an estimate on a heating and cooling system, Josh came out for the estimate SUPER knowledgeable guy, very professional and most importantly honest. Gave me his opinion, said its well maintained and that I could wait. I would definitely give them my business when my system goes out because the relief of knowing they’re an honest company is what I need. I will be signing up for maintenance from them and will be referring them over to all friends and family for sure.

They put a mini split in my garage so I can stay warm in the winter and cold in the summer. Quoted a couple of sources and Mechanical had the best price and it didn’t take more than a week for them to have the equipment and put it in. All in one day installation. Excellent service and quality. Text are very knowledgeable and very nice. Laid down drop class and cleaned up one done. I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent service. Cole was professional and informative. The maintenance report was the best I have seen. He diagnosed our clunking problem when the last company was here and did not have a clue. MHC has also been to my son's house and he agrees.Support local companies from Dearborn area!

I appreciate John coming out to look at my furnace. He was nice and straight forward. He let me know that I need to invest in a new furnace, rather than keep pumping money into the old one.

We had to replace our old furnace with a new one. The gentleman giving the estimate was very friendly and responsive. The installers were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and punctual. They took time to explain everything twice - once for me, then my husband arrived as they were leaving and they came back in to explain again.

I was given a courtesy call before my scheduled service date due to a cancelation. That call was very much appreciated along with the same day service! The technician (Cole) was very professional and handled my issue promptly. I would surely recommend Mechanical Heating & Cooling for their services!

My experience with Joel, Justin and Landon was awesome! Other team members involved with the job were great too. Justin and Landon were the "closers". They stepped in at critical moments along the way as well. The team set up the plays. Justin and Landon followed through with strategy and execution! The team took a 50 year + HVAC setup and brought it into a system suited for today's challenges. All under the watchful eye and input from Joel. No overselling! No over promising! Small adjustments were necessary and approved by me, at a fair price, along the way. I would recommend Justin, Landon and the Mechanical Heating and Cooling team to anyone that needs a big, commercial job done and handled well!

After being treated rudely by another company. I contacted Mechanical and the customer service was professional , courteous and friendly. My technician called and said he would be able to come earlier than the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable, friendly,answering all my questions. Very timely and professional. They were able to schedule us the next day, and the technician Eric was thorough in his explanations and even went the extra mile to check the furnace for any possible problems after I mentioned that the humidity setting was a little off. I got three different quotes to repair an electric vehicle charging station. They clearly had the most experience with this type of thing, which was evidenced by a price that showed they understood what needed to be done, and how to do it.

The job was a little unusual (replacing cables on a commercial grade level two charger) and I had hunted down used parts. They were immediately on the same page as I was about having the parts shipped to them, so they could do the prep work inside, limiting what had to be done on site.

They kept me in the loop both when they went out to do the estimate and when they returned to do the work.

And they were fast, which I really appreciated since it kept the time we were without the ability to charge our cars to a minimum.

Mechanical H&C is amazing! Out usually HVAC company wasn’t available on short notice so we called Mechanical. Not only could they book us quickly, but the service was second to none.

Don’t even get me started on how great Kris, our technician was. Exceptionally nice, personable, and wise guy. He was an expert on our older system and gave amazing advice. I really really appreciate you!

We have been customer’s of Mechanical Heating and Cooling for over 30 years for a reason. They are trustworthy, reliable and reasonably priced. We have had great techs every time. Recently, we had a sewage pipe break in our crawlspace, unfortunately, and had to have them come out and clean and sanitize our ducts. Eric did a thorough job and spent a lot of time making sure everything was done properly. Honestly have never had bad service from them!

As a woman with a 1952 home that needs constant upkeep and maintenance I have tried numerous service companies for the past 20 years since returning to the area. First, getting someone to come out takes days to weeks with some smaller businesses who only have 1 or 2 employees. I wouldn’t call anyone else if you need any home repairs or upgrades.

After a light switch shorted, I was concerned that there could be a fault in the wiring of the circuit. Norm came to check it out. He was polite, friendly, gregarious, and gave a clear explanation of what he was doing and what he found: the wiring was fine, but the fixture was faulty. He removed the faulty fixture and verified that everything else was correct and safe. I'm very satisfied with the service, and will call them first for any electrical work.

Called last min because I thought I lost heat and my furnace broke. Turns out it was just an error on my part and the switch had accidentally gotten turned off. Tech was out to my house in 5 min. They are really great! These guys installed a vent fan in my bathroom at a reasonable price too on a different date. Works very well. Thank you to the people here that answered my call when I needed you the most. Despite it being a false alarm, the tech was patient prompt honest and professional about what was going on he even cleaned my furnace for me . Myself and others appreciate you!!! Highly recommend. Call these guys! Price was high due to the holiday but it’s better to be safe than sorry. Thanks mechanical heating and cooling !!

The sales team was great, and the installation team was prompt and efficient. Only hiccup was a day of reconfiguring the attaching of the units duct work. Otherwise I would've gave 5 for sure. Thanks a ton Mechanical!
