Thank you Parsons!!! They were able to get our AC working in half an hour. I called and prayed for an opening and they were able to get me in the next day. Dte couldn't get us in for 10 days. Thank also to our repairman, he was courteous and professional.

Fantastic service. Kieth was out within a few hours of making the call on Sunday morning. He was able to fix the issue within an hour and give some very helpful advice on maintenance to get the most out of my AC. Definitely will be going back if I have an issues in the future

I have used Parsons for the past 14 years on 2 different properties and they have always given me great service at a reasonable price. They are professional and respond quickly with any of my repairs or replacements. I refer them out to all my friends needing heating and cooling needs.

In the past, I had them provide a quote for a new water heater installation, and they quoted much higher than the company I went with. I decided to go with them again to fix an A/C issue since they had earliest availability. They were prompt and fast, but the pricing was high (just under $1000 total for a $150 dollar part replacement) for work that took them 15 minutes to do.

Parsons...great family company. Professional, courteous, timely and economical.
Took care of our issue right away, even came out to us on a Sunday.

I had an emergency CO2 leak at my home, and they treated my family’s safety as their top priority. They arrived incredibly fast, diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed it on the spot. What impressed me most was how clearly they explained the issue and how it happened, making me feel informed and reassured. I’m so grateful I called them — their professionalism, speed, and care were second to none. Highly recommend — these guys are awesome!

I just had Parsons replace my 24 year old hot water tank that all of a sudden went bad. They were able to get it installed quickly which was great since I had family visiting from out of state. Nick and Jim showed up when they said they would and did a great job and were done in a couple hours. They were very polite, neat and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I highly recommend Parsons heating and cooling.

I highly recommend Parsons Heating & Cooling!! I called Keith in a jam and he and his son were out quickly to trouble shoot. They made every effort to repair it without putting in the new control panel to save me the cost. In the end, I needed it and they quickly installed it for a great price and my furnace is back to perfect! I appreciate the knowledge the team has for their line of work as well as their honesty and kindness. Great family business!!!

Very professional staff on the phone, Delaney,and the technician Cole. I received a phone call when he was 10 minutes out which was perfect!
