Best heating and cooling company I've ever been with. Cory is the most honest person and extremely reasonable in anything he does. Couldn't trust anyone else to get the job done with such quality work.

Corey at A-tech has done alot of work for me over the years,installed my water heater,repaired my furnace, done plumbing work,installed Proper ventilation Etc. He has a high standard and is the first person I call whenever I need any kind work done at my house and the ONLY one I trust to do it right.

We had A-Tech replace our furnace and ductwork in early March of '24. They were excellent to deal with from the estimate, install, and payment. The crew was professional and got the job done. No complaints at all, and I would highly recommend them.

I have had two issues with my furnace; gas valve and a wiring short. On both occasions A’Tec was responsive, reliable and trustworthy. He gained my respect when I saw his thoroughness. He tested 3 times and then once more for good measure before making a fix. After the repair was made, he tested and tested to ensure proper functionality. I will call A’Tec first. One call, one visit, the job is done. Thank you!!

During last week snow storm my heat went out called numerous company’s. Parsons being one of them. They came out after hours fixed my heat for my family. Thanks you for the help parsons you have a customer for life and welll definitely recommend.

I called parsons today at 830am and Nick showed up by noon and had my A/c up and running in no time for under $200 I was ready to buy new but he saved the day....I always recommend Parsons

I had a company out to repair my air condition and was told not repairable have to buy new..My neighbor told me to call Parsons Htg. for another opinion and they came out same day and had it up and running for around $200... Seems to be better than ever I highly recommend Parsons to anyone looking for a honest company!

Timely and professional. They were able to come out same day and fix my furnace at a reasonable price! Have used them in the past for my air conditioning unit, highly recommend this business.

First and foremost the customer service is very lacking. I've missed countless appointments with Parsons because they will briefly knock and then leave. They do not call, wait, or even knock a second time which means if you are in the bathroom or changing a diaper you are screwed. They give you 5 hour appointment windows but neither call when they are on their way or when they actually arrive. And rescheduling is sometimes weeks out! The woman who answers the phone, Mary, is very short with you when you make any complaints or ask for the techs to come back after they left 5 minutes ago!

That all being said they are simply not good contractors. I rent my condo and for the past 3 years this is the company my landlord chooses to use for heating and cooling services. The second-floor in my home had never been cooled or heated properly. My DTE bills were always skyhigh. I believe the thermostat was constantly pushing out cool air because the house would never reach the appropriate temperature. The first floor would be freezing and the second floor would be unbearably hot causing my kids to sleep downstairs in the summers. FINALLY my boyfriend couldn't take it anymore and called a different company to come out and check everything. After being in my basement for 10 minutes the contractor said there were multiple leaks and the coolant was low. After a 30 minute fix everything in my house worked correctly. After 3 YEARS of quarterly visits from Parsons and them saying everything was fine just change the filters more often. So yeah, 1 star. I wish I could give them zero.

First experience with them was wonderful 4 years ago. The last year has been problematic to say the least. They missed appointments (and I had to call to find out they weren't coming both times), and when they did come they managed to screw up the settings of our unit. Had them out after the initial yearly maintenance and they blamed the thermostat, tightened screws and left. Called again because unit was still short cycling and have yet to received a return phone call. Had another business come out and solve the problem. Wasted $134 on our yearly maintenance, seeing as it made things worse not better.

parsons was awesome. tech nick d came after hours and helped fix our air. he could only do a quick fix to get us going, but came back the next morning to ensure he completed the job. absolutely professional and all around fantastic. didnt expect the great level of service that was provided. thank you parsons and nick

These guys are the GREAT! Our wall furnace went out and everyone I called acted like I was bothering them. I call Person's and they here helpful, pleasant to talk to and came out Super Bowl Sunday! Who else would do that? On top of that, they had what it took to fix my 50+ yr old unit. Not only is this who I'm calling everytime, but it's who I'm going to recommend to my friends and family! Thanks guys!

Returning home from work to a freezing house is never a good way to end the day! When this happened last week, I made a call to Parson Heating & Cooling and they sent someone over that night (it was after hours).
Unfortunately, the repair would have been far too much money to throw at a very old furnace (over 25 years old). So, after discussing my options with the owner, I decided to go with a new high efficiency furnace. It was installed the next day and even qualified for a $250.00 rebate from DTE. With some information I supplied, the office staff took care of the DTE paperwork and had it submitted within days!!
Overall, I have been very pleased with the entire experience. I will be calling them again as soon as my A/C calls it quits!!

Keith was a stand up guy. Very professional. Fast and efficient. They got there the day of my water tank emergency. I would highly recommend. I haven’t had a problem since.

My furnace went out on Sunday. They were here within 2 hours and fixed it! Very efficient and professional.

I called and they were able to come out the same day! Very very professional. These guys know their stuff. They had my AC diagnosed and repaired in less than a half hour. Highly recommend!!!

Had absolutely the best experience with Keith He was very polite worked clean. It seemed like we knew each other for years. Felt very comfortable with him & his professional enployee helping him. I had no worries at all. In fact I believe my furnice is working better than ever?
