I can’t say enough good things about this company. They quickly replaced an AC that went out on my rental property, and gave me a great deal on a furnace as well. Ali was extremely honest and up front during the entire process, and kept me up to date on everything.

What an incredible experience. Our furnace was blowing cold air. Ali called back quickly and showed up within an hour. He quickly assessed the issue and had the heat running in less than 20 minute. Amazing service! Exceptional quality! Great price! I will definitely be calling Ali & ANA again for my furnace needs!

Ali was extremely helpful and went beyond my expectations by checking additional items even after the issue was fixed. He provided me with educational information so that I’d know how to troubleshoot prior to calling for assistance. He was timely with his arrival and quick with his diagnostic testing and repairs. In addition, prices are amazing!!

I gave it 2 weeks before reviewing and so far everything is great. I talked with Ali Tuesday about installing a central air unit, Wednesday he came to check it and gave me a reasonable price, Thursday him and his team came and installed everything. He made it easy for me to understand and worked fast. I'll definitely recommend them to others. My whole experience was a 10/10.

Came out late night for an emergency appointment. The original workers couldn’t address of fix my problem. ANA came out the night addressed the problem and had it fixed the next morning. Fast, friendly and reliable!

I hired Jaffar, who worked on my furnace — he is the brother of the business owner, Ali. I called both Jaffar and Ali multiple times to fix the crooked work they left behind, but neither responded or made any effort to correct it.
I want to make it very clear that I am reviewing the correct business. Don’t let the owner’s response to this review deceive you or mislead others.

From the start, the quality of the work was clearly below standard. The way Jaafar installed the electrical conduit was just flat-out ugly and unprofessional. It’s crooked, exposed in weird places, and looks like it was slapped together without any thought. Just take a look at the photos I’ve attached—this is not what a proper install should look like.

I’ve tried multiple times to reach out and get this cleaned up. Each time I was told someone would follow up. More empty promises. But here we are—still no fix, no effort to make it right. It’s clear that once Jaafar left the job, that was the end of the line for him. No accountability at all.

What frustrates me even more is that Jaafar’s work reflects badly on the entire company. If this is the kind of care and attention Jaafar gives to an installation, then customers deserve to know before hiring. A furnace is a major investment, and I expected much better.

Bottom line: Jaafar did a rushed, sloppy job, and now I’m stuck with this mess. Unless something changes, I can’t recommend his work to anyone.

Spoke with Ali in reference to my water heater repair/replacement. First off customer service was excellent. He tried to repair my unit before ultimately having to replace it and he showed me everything. He scheduled me for an install the next day and today they came and completed it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 100% recommend and you won't be disappointed.

So grateful for Ali and his team! Called late afternoon/evening to let them know I needed my furnace replaced. Ali came out the next morning to measure it, and his team picked up my new furnace and had it installed in 2.5 hours that same afternoon! What makes this even more amazing is that they did this on a day when we had dangerously snowy/slippery road conditions. Ali and his team were polite and professional. I’ve used Sublime Heating & Cooling for the last 3 years. Very professional and great service. I called because our upstairs A/C unit wasn’t working and a technician came same day by noon. He found the problem and repaired the nonworking part on the same trip. Great job.

Sublime Heating & Cooling crew walked us through all of the details and options for how to go about fixing our AC. John also came by to present some of the best options that would fit our budget on his own time. This is the kind of old school customer service that creates customers for life and I am grateful to have them in town.
