11 PM. Thanksgiving week 2024 the furnace took it's last breath. A call to A to Z sent a crew and a new furnace the next day. The guys were awesome and the work completed without making a mess! We opted in for a new AC unit as well. All high efficiency.
On 04-25-25 Robert from A to Z arrived to put the AC unit in service. While he was here he did a thorough check of the entire HVAC system and fine tuned it all in. Very happy.
We've had other work performed by A to Z in the past.
A gas line installed and a hot water tank was replaced.

A to Z came out and replaced my ancient hot water heater on October 24, 2025.
I was very happy with their fast response and excellent service, would highly recommend them.

A to Z Heating & Cooling always gives excellent service. We have them out twice a year for maintenance / repairs and they always do Great work. Steve found the capacitor was getting a bit low over the last 2 inspections & the refrigerant charge just a hair below minimum pressure. He replaced the capacitor & topped off the refrigerant charge with one pound. As a retired A/C instructor, I am very confident our system will continue to operating at peak performance with help from A to Z.

Steve my technician was on time and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and made sure that everything was working before he left. Very impressed.

I was able to make a last-minute appointment to have a new thermostat installed. The service tech was friendly and professional.

Called for hot water tank replacement quote techs were super polite and honest was on time with said window of arrival

I am happy with A to Z. They have installed a new boiler for me and also a new mini split AC system for my downstairs. I am happy with boiler and AC system. They also do well on any necessary repairs to these systems. Plus one of their technicians connected my new stove, washer, and gas dryer when the home improvement store delivery team had no idea what to do with connecting them. So I recommend A to Z.

Steve was fantastic! He came out to fix my furnace in about 3 hours. I called the # on a holiday weekend and he responded within an hour.

Office staff was very friendly, was easy to schedule appointment. Repair tech (Robert) was very prompt and explained the problem to me, performed the repair, ran the system to make sure it was working properly... he left me with a smile and with air conditioning again! I've been doing business with A to Z for many years and have always been satisfied with their techs and service. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Love the staff & crew at A to Z Heating and Cooling. Second time customer here, they installed a new furnace for me about 5 yrs ago & it has been a blessing ever since. I would would most definitely recommend A to Z Heating and Cooling, they always do such a quick and efficient job. I called with an AC problem and they came out the very next day. Even though the technician was running behind, I was updated about his arrival. I received a phone call that the technician was on his way and they even sent me a picture of Robert the technician. I'm sure glad that we are experiencing cooler weather because are air conditioner couldn't be fixed, it needs to be replaced.
Robert was friendly and professional. He took out information to get us a quote and we will decide when to go forward with A to Z Heating & Cooling.

A to Z heating and cooling is definitely a five star company. I’ve used them for many years 30 my parents have used them. They have never done this wrong always professional quality work very friendly employees I can’t say enough. Nice things about this company.
