Called in Feb 2022 for a quote to trim a tree. Agreed to the service and waited for the job to be completed. Called multiple times to F/U on when the job would be done. Once was told their bucket truck was broke down. In late March the job had not been done. Called to tell them we would be out of town for several weeks. Returned home and called to reschedule. Two more weeks went by until they showed up for the job only to have them cut down the tree. At that time they did not have their stump grinder, Paid Jason $50. to return to grind the stump. Jason did not return. After two weeks I called and left a VM with Mikey. Never returned my calls. Two years later, I had to hired another service to grind the stump.

We would highly recommend Dearborn Tree Service! They responded quickly for an estimate for a tree we wanted removed (March 2023). The estimate gave a Senior discount and was very good compared to other estimates. They were careful and thorough in taking out the tree we wanted removed, and did a great job grinding the stump deeply and cleaning up afterwards. The team was very friendly and talked us through how they would do the work before starting, and thanked us when they were done for using their service. We had a great experience from start to finish. We had a very large cotton wood tree that was close to our house removed. We had 8 quotes in total and decided to go with Dearborn Tree Services as they beat all of the other quotes and also had availability to fit our schedule. Mikey, the receptionist, was very friendly and responsive. Randy called when I had questions. Jake and his crew have a great system in place and had our tree removed in three hours and the mess all cleaned up. Each drop was very controlled and never came near our house. Once they had finished, Cody came in to grind the stump and roots. The whole process took no more than 3 hours 45 minutes. We are extremely happy with their work and would definitely call them again if we need anything done.

I had a great experience. They were quick to provide an estimate and get us on the calendar. Communication was easy and clear throughout the entire process. We were impressed by how quickly they took the tree down on the day of.

Be leery of this company. I hired this company to remove the over grown brushes next to my house. The guys who came out to do the job were OK. After they left I went to plant my new shrubs & found that they left this huge root. I tried cutting it out myself but was unsuccessful. Plus after paying $420, I want the job to be completed. I contacted the company right away & was told someone would get back with me. 1 wk later & multiple phone calls I still do not have my issue resolved.

Dearborn Tree Service trimmed a large oak close to my home. They did a great job at a good rate. My neighbor watched them clean up from across the street and asked who did my tree - she was very impressed.

Dearborn Tree Services has a excellent tree service! The crew was professional, punctual, and worked efficiently. They safely removed a large tree from our yard and did a great job with the cleanup—left everything neat and tidy. Pricing was fair, and communication was clear from start to finish. Big crew, systematic, fast. Reasonable prices. Professional. Great clean up. They know what they are doing. I had two very tall Maple trees and one medium ornamental trimmed. Highly recommend.

An absolute professional job. This tree was against my house and these guys managed to disassemble this thing like clockwork. Jason also has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend this crew.

They were here in the morning, even though we were scheduled for the afternoon. Here, work done and cleaned up within 30 minutes.

Highly recommend these guys! This is the second time I have used their service and was very pleased with both the service and professionalism. I took these pics right after they left. They didn't leave a single scrap - they even blew off the driveway and sidewalks. Hard to find this kind of attention to detail these days. Jason was the foreman both times and obviously knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work! Kudos to these guys!

Great communication and great job done! They came out a day after I called for a price quote and gave me a reasonable price for a large tree in my backyard. The team worked quickly and did a great job at cleaning up. I highly recommend!

I had five dead pines next to electric and cable lines, plus an older crab apple tree and other mature landscaping nearby. The crew was so impressive! Everything remained intact, and the pines were down in an hour. Clean up was wonderful, including a pile of brush I had just piled up when I was trimming a few days ago. Pricing was excellent!

You need these guys on your payroll. They will have your lot plowed on time every time. And when there's no snow, they'll make your lawn look great. Best decision I ever made was hiring Marty and the crew.

Darrell in the doors area really truly helped me out today! We were getting ready to leave we had already asked 3 employees stopped and asked Darrell IF we could buy a specific part for a screen door he immediately stopped doing what he was doing and walked me directly to what the others said we could not buy! Truly appreciate an employee that is helpful polite and very knowledgeable!!

I love home depot I live 3 minutes away but I prefer going all the way to Dearborn height reason is over here are very very very rude staff no respect no help specially in rental section garden section and others unprofessional employees they really need to go back to training class just to learn the meaning of customer service and you need to learn Where things located and plz learn how to welcome people

The cashier was friendly and courteous, and patient with my disabilities. The flowers I bought were in good health and are doing well after being transplanted. Well worth the 2.7 mile walk to buy three small trays of flowers.
