Chris has been helping my 94 year old mother. She is reliable, hardworking and does a thorough job when cleaning. She also is good with communicating her arrival time. I would definitely recommend her!

Scheduled with them because their prices were fair but a cleaner came for my 2 bed 2 bath apt and missed so many spots that Sam assured me they would cover prior. I paid extra for fridge cleaning and the cleaner didn’t take out any drawers to clean. She offered me $40 off for next cleaning and the same issue occurred. We agreed cleaner would deep clean bathrooms and I specifically mentioned cleaning grout on floors and showers and dusting vents (all of which the first cleaner was supposed to do) but the 2nd cleaner also did not did do it. She didn’t even change trash bags which I asked her to upon arrival. Will not be booking with them again.

We had a deep cleaning through Beacon Cleaning and plan to use them monthly moving forward. It was amazing to come home to a clean home for an affordable price. We’ve used other cleaning companies in the past this one is by far the best one we have used. Would highly recommend!!!

We love Beacon Cleaning! Christine has been coming to clean for us for about a year now. I found her when we needed a move out clean for our own place and decided to keep her on for bimonthly cleanings. She’s on time, her prices are highly competitive, and I feel comfortable with her around my toddler!

AMAZING Service. Bobby (hope my spelling is correct) who booked us was exceptionally nice and very helpful at getting us booked for the earliest possible opening on their schedule. We're moving into a house that hasn't been lived in for some time and needed some quick but thorough relief. Amazing- what a great job! Carpet hadn't been cleaned in years. It was ridiculously soiled. Texted my brother - I hope they don't come out - take one look - and walk away. Not only did they stay - they got out every dark and discolored spot on the carpet!! Wonderful work. Thirty years in the business. I am highly satisfied -Five Stars plus!! Mike L.

Hired B&L cleaning for a deep clean. They were nice enough to squeeze me in but the cleaning was not of the quality that I liked. They had to be reminded to lift the carpets up to clean under them and to clean the top of the mirrors. They forgot to vacuum the stair carpet and they have still not returned a week later to do them.

Bobbi and her team did my first cleaning and blew away my expectations!!! They arrived on time, were super thorough and she even followed up with me. I had a precious cleaning lady who was always late by yours, did bare minimum wipe downs and cleaned 4 rooms in 20 min… I will never go anywhere else but B &D. I cannot thank you all enough!

This was a total clean after moving out.
Only the bottom of the walls were washed ( some rooms were omitted). No windows or screens were washed. They didn’t vacuum thoroughly and Carpeting was left saturated.
Owners (carpet cleaner) her boyfriend was highly aggressive when I wanted to inspect the house before paying.
They were supposed to come back and clean the windows; but they are no where in sight.
Do not hire this company!!!
