DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
Worst unreliable cleaner. Bobby started cleaning my short-term rental and did a good job the first time. After, she left the apartment horrible because I'm not there to watch her clean. Dishonest. She wants her money before she cleans. She doesn't finish the job in one day, and yet she wants to be paid every time she comes out to finish her initial job. She's unprofessional and VERY BAD communicator. Her cleaning shows in the pictures. Photos sent by my short-term guest.

Waist of money. I had to pay another cleaner to clean after her and her team. She left trash everywhere. Doesn't clean sweep good. She doesn't mop the floors, Bathroom wasn't cleaned. You will regret using her service.

If you want to waste your money let Bobby clean for you. I’m very disappointed with the cleaning service I received. The work felt rushed, as if she was in a hurry the entire time, and many areas were left either untouched or poorly cleaned. Basic expectations were not met, and the overall quality did not reflect a professional standard.

What concerned me most was the insistence on being paid before the job was completed. It gave the impression that she was aware the work would not meet expectations. A trustworthy cleaner should stand behind their work and ensure the client is satisfied before requesting full payment.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. Reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism were all lacking. Look some where else and save your money

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Bobie with B & D Cleaning. Their team is professional, thorough, and always on time. Communication is excellent—they keep me updated every step of the way, which makes scheduling stress-free. Every time they clean, my home looks spotless and feels refreshed. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning services!

Bobie and her team are great to work with. I have been using their home cleaning service for over a year now. They are reliable, friendly, thorough and flexible. Bobie is easy to communicate with, and they provide more than just house cleaning too! We had a flood in our basement this summer and they were able to help us dry the space, rip up the carpet, etc. Such a lifesaver and great to work with. I would highly recommend hiring the B&D team.

They did a lot of damage to our backyard and then denied doing it. No one else was in the backyard. The damage was very obvious and was not there before. Would never hire them again.

I don't know how to get in touch with this company , I called 20 times the 7 times that my calls where answered it was by a very rude lady always yelling and asking "did you call earlier ?" I answer" yes it has been two weeks since I asked to put me on the schedule for a quote estimate"
The answer is " I will get back to you and never got back .
I have to think twice before I call back because I don't want her to yell at me.
The worst customer service ever , I think this lady is not getting paid for her job.

Dearborn tree service was great. They came out we're on time had a great price and cleaned up after themselves.

Do not trust the guy named Randy!! And look out for the 25% / 30% discount...... they know the final price before you get the discount (JUST A GIMICK!) .....My friend warned me but I called anyway, it toot 8 days and then I got the sales pitch 25% off- 30% off ?? what a joke

This is not a review of the businesses quality of work. This is a review of the business when it comes to respect for their neighbors. Despite what their business hours claim, they are out on the yard yelling and slamming equipment just after 6 am. They are located right next to an entire neighborhood and have no respect for anyone when it comes to noise disturbances.

I am a Real Estate Agent and I have been referring my clients to Dearborn Tree for over 15 years...and not one complaint. Randy and his crew do an excellent job!

They disrespected the whole neighborhood peace and quiet. Waking up the whole neighborhood early in the morning on a holiday day despite what their business hours claim. They are out of their minds with all their noise disturbances for over 2 hours yelling, screaming, slamming and to their loud equipments just ridiculous. Noise Ordinance hours need to be changed in the residential areas.

My experience recently is they are totally unprofessional. Never showed up for an apt, causing delays in the service and other services i've lined up. they don't return calls, after a point - don't answer, didn't show up, didn't keep commitments. Sad that I've used them before - a few yrs ago and they were pretty good, don't know what has happened but will never recommend or use again - just very unreliable, unprofessional, and downright frauds.
