Detroit Heating And Air Conditioning Services helped us when our AC stopped working during a hot day. The technician arrived quickly and was very polite. He fixed the issue without any delay. Everything is running perfectly again.

My heater went out and was referred to these guys. They were on time, and found the problem very quickly. They ordered some parts, fixed them after 3 hours and were able to get the system heating right. I appreciate their prompt services and recommend!!

This morning I had the best experience with Titan Heating & Air Conditioning. Brian is the guy who responded to my call and promised to send out technicians to my place. Clinton and his colleague technician were honest, efficient and courteous. They arrived, quickly diagnosed and easily fixed the problem with my furnace. Other companies had told me that I needed to replace my entire furnace but Titan Heating & Air Conditioning repaired it. Titan Heating & Air Conditioning deserves more than 5 stars!!! Thank you!

Titan Heating & Air Conditioning always gives excellent service, totally reliable, and very customer oriented! After a quick inspection, technician Brian was easily able to point to our trouble. He thoroughly explained the options, and pros and cons of each. We decided to replace, rather than do a band-aid repair on, our 18-yr old system. The installation was done in a timely and professional fashion. Highly recommended.

I thought I smelled a gas leak in my furnace and called Holiday Heating to check it out. It turned out, I did have a small intermittent leak and due to the age of the furnace, opted to replace it. Stephen rearranged his schedule and came out the next day to install a new furnace. He did a great job! I highly recommend!

Stephen was awesome. He resolved my issue expeditiously. My boiler had issues in December whereas DTE sent a contractor from a different company who informed me I would have to replace my unit. Stephen came over and fixed the issue saving me $$$.

While everyone was polite and communicative, the overall experience was very disappointing. I was charged about $1,000 for work that never actually fixed the problem. Even after they came back to check it, the solution was basically just applying glue to the ducts with a caulk gun and then telling me I likely need a completely new HVAC system.

They also installed a filter that was the wrong size, and when they returned later they brought another filter that was also the wrong size. The caulking work itself was extremely sloppy—unacceptable for the amount charged and honestly felt disrespectful given the cost.

We still don’t get heat to the second floor of our house, so the issue remains unresolved.
